Ironclad/Tanner came out to replace the rubber weatherstripping around my garage door and perform some routine winter maintenance, including lubricating the springs. He was an absolute pleasure to work with! He was punctual, professional, courteous, and extremely respectful. What I appreciated most was that he took the time to explain things to me and educate me about my garage door and its maintenance. It’s refreshing to receive such excellent customer service! I will definitely be using this company again in the future. In fact, when the time comes to replace my garage door, I already know who I’ll be calling. Thank you, Tanner, for a wonderful experience and a job well done!
