John was able to work me into his schedule quickly and kept me updated on his arrival. The work was on a bifold cellar garage door which had some unique issues. He explained everything to me in a way that I understood it all. The work was thorough and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. He was thorough and all locks and chains fit and work beautifully. And in my short time interacting with him on phone and in person, he's wonderful to work with. A really nice guy. I recommend him 100%.

5 stars is not enough! John was beyond accommodating, and came out the same day I thought I could Install a digital key pad deadbolt on my own (I don't recommend trying that!). He could not have been nicer and more professional. I would 1000% recommend Ironside without hesitation.

He told me that whoever re-keyed my door last only keyed one pin rather than the required 5. Anyone could have jimmied that lock open. He explained there is no license required to be a locksmith so one must be careful. He asked if other doors use the same key. So he re-keyed the others as well. Six months ago I had the front door rekeyed and never thought to have the other doors matched. John is a shining star for his workmanship, professionalism, thoughtfulness. He also fixed my slider door lock that needed adjustment. His impressive name suits his impressive character. I will definitely spread the word . Much thanks to John Hathaway!

He was very nice, very experienced, did a great job changing my lock. On the phone he didn't tell me there was a $95 service fee in addition to changing the locks. He should have said that on the phone. The price was fair in general.

Locked myself out of a room in my house. Jon arrive at the time he promised, an hour or so after he found my email (locked my phone in the room) quickly and within 15 minutes had opened the lock and made me 2 keys so i would never accidentally do this again. His price was reasonable and he was an all-around nice guy who didnt make me feel like the foolish person i was (who locks a door inside their own house...?). I highly recommend this business.

Jonathan answered my message promptly. He was very polite and professional. He answered all my questions and was able to accommodate my request for the work to be done on a specific time/day. He called the day of to confirm my appointment and arrived on time. Jon and his wife reviewed my hardware options and the cost prior to replacing locks. They worked efficiently and spent time after the installation showing me how the locks work. They worked clean, vacuuming the work space before leaving. I have not used a locksmith prior so I am not certain about their pricing but it seemed reasonable to me. I would definitely use Ironside Locksmith in the future.
