Honestly, this is the last review I thought I would write but, it does reinforce snap judgments and validates waiting before providing any feedback. I was fit into a schedule at the last minute by Ironside Masons and seemingly monumental efforts were made to get the work done we needed to get done in a timely fashion. Almost a year later the issue they were called out to fix still remains and now we are seeing the real company. After several conversations in August/September I now cannot get a callback, an email or any response at all. I expect that the contract we signed expires shortly (late October) - warranty wise - and that is the reason Ironside Masons has basically fallen off the planet. Live and learn but, companies today are either in it or they are not. Finding someone that places integrity, ethics and qualify ahead or along side profits is fairly difficult. I would suggest another vendor (let us know who they are) if you have similar repair needs.

It's hard to give a rating for the value of money when the company will not respond to calls to come and do warranty work. I have contacted them several times with no return calls. I finally had to say I was an angry customer to get anyone to answer the call. Zach said we were on the calendar for November 10th but no confirmation calls were received and nobody showed up. They repaired brick and did a seal to ensure we would no longer have a leak - well, we still have a leak. I have tried to contact them several times. I'm getting to the point that I don't think they want to do the warranty work so all I'm left with is a recommendation to not use them due to customer service. I'm ready to file a complaint with the BBB.

These guys are great. They provide a quote promptly and the manager Koree is very responsive. He also did a great job of moving my appointment up despite being booked up to December. During the visit, the guys did a good job and were very easy to work with. During the visit, they found some other things I need to care for and I absolutely intend to hire them for that work. Great quality of work and fair price - the new grout matches perfectly.

They were good until they got their money, but in a few days the repaired part had a problem again, they corrected but not good. Although they gave 5 years warranty for their work, after a year when the same parts fell apart, it was difficult to find them, eventually gave an appointment but did not keep their promise, did not honor their works and words.

We had to have our mailbox rebuilt because someone knocked it over - Ironside Masons did an amazing job of reconstructing the mailbox! We think it looks better than the old mailbox. We could not be happier with the results. The crew who rebuilt the mailbox went above and beyond to make sure the mailbox was perfect. We can't recommend them enough!

Worked well on providing a quote in timely manner. Gave me the needed information when insurance needed more support information. Work crew worked hard on finding the brick color was hard to find needed for a wall that was over 22 years old. Clean up of work area was done quickly and on time.

The job was very well done, right down to cleanup: my neighbors admired it and and a passerby took their contact information. When they couldn't meet the original schedule, they sent a crew on the weekend to complete my work. The only thing that precludes a total 5.0 review was their communication about schedule delays.

Excellent job. Koree provided an estimate based on photos I sent him. Quote may have been a little lower had he visited the site, but I didn't get another quote so I can't say that for sure. I recommend you give them a chance to earn your business.

The contractor provided a fair estimate before starting work, was able to complete the project ahead of schedule (due to a cancellation), and the work crew was very professional. I'm extremely pleased with the quality of work performed.

They showed up on time and worked hard. Seemed to do a good work but I could not get up close to inspect it because it was chimney repair. Salesman promised me a written guarantee three times but never did get me one. I explained that I didn't know how to get it off an e mail but he never got me one. I will recommend them though because evidently their work and workers were good.
