Kitchen Remodel
Our kitchen was old and ugly. We went to Ben with our idea of modernizing it and he came through with flying colors. His crew was efficient, respectful and did a fabulous job . We would like to especially thank Mike for a job well done. You will not be disappointed if you go with Rickett construction. Thanks Ben , Mike, Jose and Adrian for giving us exactly what we wanted.

Kitchen Remodel
We hired Rickett Construction to do a full remodel of our kitchen. They were wonderful! Everything was completed in a timely fashion. The workers were very trustworthy. This is a company dedicated to integrity and quality. We so appreciated having someone able to walk us through every single thing step by step. Ben was patient, knowledgeable, and very professional. We would highly recommend Rickett Construction to anyone! We will be hiring them again in the future.

Ben collaborates with you on design and has good creative ideas. He cleans up each day before leaving. My master bath certainly presented issues we didn t plan for but Ben overcame them and I absolutely love my new bathroom. He made my vision for a relaxing spa-like bathroom a reality. I have continued to hire Rickett s Construction for other jobs and so has other family members. Highly recommend Rickett Construction.

They started out doing a good job of rebuilding my deck. Everything went well until a mistake was made on Ben's part. The correction took a lot longer than expected. They got frustrated at the time it took and left not finishing everything that had been agreed upon. They told me they didn't know when or if they'd be back. It's been 6 weeks now, & I haven't heard from them. They haven't responded to my texts either.

"( Correction ) The deck build was the original project which was done on a very tight budget to help Carolyn out. Everything went very well and alot of neighbors stopped by and commented on how great everything looked and commented on the quality of the deck. As far as the negativities being said here Carolyn is failing to mention after the deck project was done she ask us to come back and stain the rafters that were exposed so we did. 7 coats later she was still not happy. The color she picked out was grey and I purchased what I thought was the same color in a different brand, better product. This was me spending more money to help her out. She didn't like the color so now we had to use a completely different color in a solid stain. Literally 7 coats later 3 days of work I told her this is the very best I could do and she still wasn't happy. I strive to do my very best and I realized that I just couldn't satisfy her. I charged $250 dollars for 3 days of work. If that deserves a 3 star rating so be it. I take pride in my work and craftsmanship. I've held a 5 star rating since 7/31/14 and by the way, that's how long I've been a member on Home Advisor. Thank you, Ben Rickett"

Very personable. Didn't feel like they were trying to sell me on something else other than what needed to be done. They took time to explain to me what they were doing and why the repairs were needed and how to maintain the doors in proper working order. Nice guys!
