Jim was quick to come over and evaluate our roof. He provided a good recommendation on fixing the area that was leaking while checking the rest of the roof. He also started the repair right away and finished the job quickly before the rain the was due to start in just a few days. He did excellent work and fixed the roof leak.

Jim was great. While he didn't actually do any work, he was quick to come to my house on a Saturday and give me an honest and straight forward opinion on the current state of my roof and what needed to be done. Which was very little at this point and things I can do myself. I will be calling him back if it appears I need more in depth work.

Description of work before the job was done sounds a lot of work but was not done, then I called him and he came back to fix some but still is not what I paid for $1750.00

I'm happy. He fixed my roof- patched it up for me.

Knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He does videos of the before and after work for you to see.

Jimmy was great! Needed roof repaired after storm damage; quick response, fair estimate (btw one of the few roofers who actually went on the roof to inspect for damage), completed repair quickly, and was able to recommend a contractor for interior drywall repairs. Thanks so much!

Very pleasurable experience. Timely response and follow through. Completed the entire scope of work hired to do. Friendly and courteous. Would highly recommend.

Jim is very knowledgeable and is a straight shooter. His 30 years in the business helps him to make good decisions. He is a good communicator and you will know exactly what is being done.

Great company to work with. Jim the owner is very knowledgeable and professional.

Good work. Timely and pleasant people

They showed up as promised and did what they said they would do. That is not common these days.

Fast response and quality service! Awesome customer service too!

Ironwood came in and recognized an emergency situation and responded immediately! Very good customer service. I did not feel as if I was being taken advantage of. Thank you Ironwood team!!!!

Excellent roofers. Took videos of before and after to show the roof issues and how they were corrected. Very personable and professional. I highly recommend their services.

Jim was extremely prompt and efficient in completing the job I hired him for. He had space in his schedule and was able to do the job in a day, less than 24 hours after I called him. He made sure the job was done properly and treated my property as if it was his own. I would absolutely recommend Jim to anyone in need of a contractor for work on their house.

Mr. McMillan repaired our brick stoop. He went out of his way to find bricks to match our current ones. He kept us informed throughout the process and we are very pleased with the outcome. He work and professional demeanor are excellent.

Mr. Jim Mcmillan was very professional and does very good work and I would hire him again and recommend him to others.

James McMillan is a professional and does conscientious work and asked how I liked it along the way. He went above his responsibility of correcting my facade problem. He installed 2 new front door lights for me at the end of the project. I am happy.

Had a great experience James was always on time and friendly will definitely be hiring again in the future couldn t be more happy with the work thank you so much!!!

I had an excellent experience with this contractor. He was professional, thorough and quick. He answered all my questions and made me feel at ease.I highly recommend him.

I can not say enough about James and his quality workmanship. When we had James give us an estimate on our home. We knew instantly he was the man for us. He explained every detail of the job and fulfilled it in the exact time frame he had promised. James s price fell directly in between our other estimates. His attention to detail was beyond our expectations even down to the cleanup. We highly recommend James and have given his name to all our neighbors

As a contractor my self sometimes even we are to busy to do our own work. With not being able to use my own men I hired jimmy to come out and address the problem. As a contractor I wanna as waiting for some long complicated story on how to fix the problem there was none of that he went up addressed the problem and he went about it same way I would have. He gave me a fair price replaced the damaged area and matched the shingles sealed around pipes and tightened ridgevents some of which we never even spoken about. And in the end it was the exact same price as when he started. I tried to actually get him to come work for me and my company. But I think even he knows his future is bright in contracting. If you want a good job done by a good guy. This is the company for you

They took care of us!
