Sean came out and assessed the situation and when I realized that the water leak was escalating, he rearranged his schedule for the day and got my problem fixed. He is very knowledgable and I could not have been more pleased or relieved! I will definitely use this company again.

Sean arrived immediately & diagnosed the problems. He removed the rusted old sink, got replacements, installed the new ones and was finished by mid afternoon. He also showed me the old sink before replacing it. Worked well & quickly. I was impressed & pleased.

I had a pvc main line break in my irrigation system. I called a few companies but nobody responded. Sean returned my call within an hour, showed up on time, gave me a very reasonable quote and got the job done in a little over 30 minutes. I couldn t have asked for a better job, thank you!

Hired to repair side sewer lateral 100% on my property. Sean provided least expensive estimate/bid and crew was able to perform work 2 days later. Crew had all the required equipment to complete job. Job completed in about 6 hours. Company definitly recommended.

We had 5 companies come to the house to give us a solution to our water problem and Sean at ILM had the best approach by far and at a reasonable price. He installed French Drains which are working well. His workers really take pride in their work and they did a great job. Work was started when planned and finished in a timely manner. What a great find. He repaired our garage which was leaking from everywhere (underground stream in area). Clearly knows his stuff and was wonderful to work with. I'd recommend this company in a minute for any irrigation/landscaping issue.
