No follow up and found they had overcharged me. They were late for the appointment and did not complete the work.

Great work!

Never completed the job and will not return texts or phone calls. I had to hire someone else to finish what he started. I am now paying an additional $300 to fix the amateur job that Irrigation Pros originally did. They charged me $600. to install a $244. pump bought at Home Depot.

Kind of tried short cutting the repair. I had installed the irrigation system years ago and made a suggestion on how to fix the leak once found. After several tries that failed, the repair man finally did as I had suggested. A lot of time and several couplings were used. Had he done as I suggested, the repair would have taken less than 15 minutes. I would have done it but I can no longer kneel down. Tech also left Blue cement on interior door frame which I can not remove.

I got ripped off. The short version is that they said they put in 250 feet of pipe, (I had an existing irrigation system fyi). After I paid them and after I walked around the property I found out that where they said they dug and added pipe, I had existing irrigation, all they did was find and replace the heads...They dug one trench of maybe 10-15 feet and added one pipe there. They charged me for 2 service calls even though the service call should have been included since I had them come out the day before to inspect.... They charged me for 7.5 hours of labor...of which he took a lunch and said he didn't (I ran into him at publix during lunch..) and I spent an hour going around the house asking him to fix the sprinkler heads that he had supposedly already fixed! Some were hitting the roof of the house and others were spraying holes in the ground due to the way they were sitting. I don't mind paying a more for good work, but this was bad work and I got ripped off. When I called the office I spoke to the same service tech who has one hell of a temper when I started asking questions. When I spoke to the manager everything seemed to be ok and headed towards a resolution until we got cut off and I have not heard from them since. I left 2 voicemails asking them to call back to resolve the issue.

The technician that came to my house was very personable and friendly. He explained what my options were and kept me updated during the repair. They will be my go to irrigation company going forward.

Bishop was very honest and explained the situation and gave me his input in a very honest and understanding manner. I would call him back if I needed to have any further sprinkler repairs done.

We were required to make out our check to Bishop who is the new owner. Very strange.

I hired Bishop to work on my sprinkler system and was paid for the project, sprinklers are still not working and Bishop will no longer answer the phone.

Although they were late arriving due to an overrun of the previous appointment, the tech was thorough. He explained everything and offered several options. He fixed sprinkler heads and moved two other sprinklers in an hour. GREAT!

honest and competent

Bishop Taylor was great! He came on time, was very thorough and very knowledgable. We had already had one company out, so we had a good comparison. Bishop took his time, taught my husband all about the system, made the repairs and adjustments needed, and gave us great ideas (not sales pitches) on how to inexpensively improve problem areas. Bishop is GREAT!!!

They are very reliable. They came early and stayed late. They worked around my schedule. Very generous. I got the work that I wanted done. They are not all about money. They want to make their customers happy.
