Scam artist! Beware!!! Pretends to be working a job up the street with some leftover asphalt- no price given upfront, told him to stop at a certain amount $$, kept paving then says I owe more than double the amount! Started exactly like this victim: A man from Nassau County said he was conned by a man who approached him and said he had extra asphalt on his truck that needed to be used up because it is kept at a certain temperature. His advice for residents: I would say that if someone just approaches you on your property and you do not have an appointment or any type of arrangement with them, that is instantly a red flag. Easily and smoothly communicated, started working on my driveway re-pavement the next day, which was yesterday. Nicely done and looks great now. 5 stars work.

There has been issues from the beginning when the work was initially drove by and caught me outside at my mailbox to sell his services . If I had known Isaacs Construction was going to change the pricing and add work without my approval , I would have hire someone else. Aggressive sales pitch , I felt pressured to hire him

It was awkward when he just knocked on my door and I was in a rush. Told him I was had to go. He said he had expensive equipment can give better price for sealing her driveway. He gave price $4500 and then added $1500 with no acknowledgment due to he said did not have my number to contact her. So, ended up paying the $6,000. The whole experience was very awkward.

Issac was easy to work with and professional. Showed up as scheduled with a good crew and did a nice job. I paid a little more than I wanted for the work, but not unreasonable since I needed them to jump on our job quickly which they did, so their price was fair.
