I highly recommend Isaac’s Forensic Laboratories for mold inspections. As a real estate professional, I regularly refer my clients to them during real estate transactions, and they consistently provide exceptional service. Their team is professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and responsive throughout the entire process. They take the time to explain their findings clearly, provide detailed reports in a timely manner, and help my clients make informed decisions. Their reliability, attention to detail, and excellent customer service make them a trusted resource in every transaction.

They thoroughly evaluated my home for mold in all the crevices which I greatly appreciate and got me the report within 48 hours. Thank you so much

We went to have flooring installed in our new home. The house is 75 years old and had prior vinyl flooring underneath the old carpet. The installers would not put the flooring in until a certified inspection to assure them it was free of asbestos. We were under pressure as the moving date was very soon. Rafi was wonderful. explained the entire procedure. I called twice as I was so unsure about the procedure. He squeezed me into his busy schedule. Testing done Thursday results in 24 hours as promised on Friday and even explained all the results as we had mold and mildew test done also. Everything was exactly as he stated. Efficient quick concise. Rafi was great. I highly recommend Isaac’s Forensic Lab.

Rafi and his team did an excellent job taking care of us. It is very scary to have someone call and claim that the building you are renovating has asbestos in it. This company was very kind while also being professional and clearly looking out for everyone’s safety. They were thorough, on time, and got us results quickly. Thank you very much, Rafi!

I called several asbestos testing companies before choosing this one. Some never answered the phone, and some still haven’t even called me back. From my very first call, these guys answered right away, understood exactly what I needed, and gave me a clear quote on the spot. They scheduled me for the very next day, showed up exactly when they said they would, and were professional from start to finish. They explained the process, set clear expectations, and kept me informed throughout. They delivered the results on time and even called me afterward to go over the findings and explain the next steps. That level of communication and customer service is hard to find these days. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing asbestos testing.
