I had them do my roof and they did an excellent job: the new roof looked good, the job was done in a few hours, they cleaned so well after the job was done that one couldn’t tell that such an intensive work had been done in the area. I first hired Isabel Construction to put stone up on my fireplace and I was amazed by their work. Don, the owner was there the entire time and made sure the work was impeccably done and to his standards which would make any home owner happy. I was so satisfied I hired them a week later to do the laminate flooring throughout my house. Another project I waited years to do because I wanted the right company to do it. If you want a project done right, done to high standards then Isabel Construction is the way to go. His pricing was the best around, he showed up when he said he would, he has quality people working for him and he is trustworthy. They immaculately cleaned up afterwards. It took me 2 years to find the right company. 5 stars is not enough for the amazing job Don Isabel and Isabel construction did. They stone veneered by indoor fireplace and I couldn't be more happy with the work they did and the professionalism they showed. Don didn't rush the job or compromise his integrity in making sure every stone was placed right and making the fireplace look better than I imagined it could look. The care he took in making sure each stone looked right just reinforced that my decision was dead on about him and his company. I couldn't be happier with the work they did. He takes pride in his work and it shows. He is not there just to get it done and move on. It is as if he is working on his own home. Isabel Construction will be my go to contractor hands down. Don and his crew were there when they said they were going to be and completed the job on time and on budget. He didn t try to sell me products or services that I didn t need like other companies did. They impressed me by doing such a messy job and leaving no mess. They took time to cover up items that had to be left in my basement so they wouldn t get dirty. I trust Don and his crew and would highly recommend them. Because of them, I no longer have to worry about water in my basement!

Another contractor gave me an overpriced estimate for a waterproofing system I did not need and that did not address my problem. Don was attentive, correctly diagnosed my needs, and was reasonable in pricing. He and his assistant were polite, thorough, on time, and very good. Putting in a sump pump,french drain, and sealing a foundation is expensive, no matter who does it (I got several estimates). Isabel solved the awful problem of water in the basement for the lowest cost and which could also later on be supplemented when I had more money available (eg, battery backup and more foundation sealing). I had a big problem, and they solved it.

Friendly contractors. Good cost. Don't try to sell you things you do not need. Punctual.

When I asked for help in finding someone who would 'repair a cracked foundation on a budget', I received a call from Isabel Construction the same day. He came out to view the area, both inside and out, and set a date for the repair . As they were working on the repair, they gave me updates on the work and the progress being made. That was amazing to me! I have never been talked to by any of the people working on the repairs on this house, keeping me up to date. The first day that they were here, they were here early in the morning by 9:00a.m. and stayed until well after 4:00p.m. - actually closer to 5:00p.m. During the day, they showed me the repair and what I would need to do after they finished. Then came the news that the crack in the foundation went "all the way down, which is why it took us so long to finish for you today. This job should have taken no longer that two to two and a half hours." Verbatim. The men who worked on the cracked foundation, and I do wish that I could give you their names, could see that I was concerned and immdiately told me that ' everything is fine now.It's been repaired.' Verbatim. During the day when they asked me to come down stairs and showed me the work in progress, we would casually talk about the house, family and how they " had seen a lot worse than this." Not sure if they were trying to make me feel better or not, but it is something that has stayed with me since the work has been done - how nice they all were. I alluded to the fact that I will want ISABEL CONSTRUCTION to repair the window that is in the same room that leaks when the funds are available. I have their number in my address book for when that time comes. I would give them all ten stars if I could, but HomeAdvisor only allows for five. Thank you again.

Very professional. Repair comes with a lifetime guarantee. Arrived on time and left the work/repair area very clean. Very knowledgeable about the problem. Even though it was a small job,I was treated very respectfully. No hard sell or pressure to make it a larger($$) job/repair. You speak with the owner of the company ... not a salesman/order taker!

They replaced my garage floor and did a wonderful job. Looks like a brand new home garage floor. I am having them Polymer coating it, and looking forward to the finished look.
