I am so impressed with this company. I had hired another company that was highly rated to come look at a faulty washing machine over eight months ago. That company told us that it wouldnt be worth our time to fix, etc etc. So we lived with the faulty washing machine for almost a year. Then I saw the reviews for Advance Appliance and thought I would get a second opinion. Ike came by and had our washing machine up and running as if it was brand new and did so at a fair price, a good bit less than the original appliance company. Ike is a super nice person and knows what he is doing and will be our forger appliance person. I really cannot say enough good things about him and his company. Forever grateful!!! Just wish I had found him sooner!!!!!

I thought Ike was knowledgeable, professional, and fairly priced for the work he did on my washing machine. In the end I want to feel good about the money paid, the job performed and the expertise of the technician. I will call them again for service!

Just make sure of the appointment date /time since the last thing you want to do is let the customer wait. After 20 minutes after the appointment time I texted him, no response, I called him on the phone and he answered that he is running late and it will be another half hour. Courtesy, call the customer rather than them call you is your best bet. Otherwise, work well done.

He was on-time and very helpful. Unfortunately, the washing machine was not worth fixing but hebdid provide helpful suggestions for the new machine I just bought.

I canâ t say better things about this company. So professional and knowledgeable! They go above and beyond the call of duty! They came out on a weekend to diagnose my dryer issues and knew how desperate I was to have the work completed. They returned two days later with all new parts at 8PM so I wouldnâ t have to wait a minute longer for the dryer to be fixed! So happy with them!

Ike was really helpful and took his time explaining process

Isiah (he goes by Ike) came to my house on a Sunday and later found out it was his birthday. He was polite, clean and prompt. He quickly diagnosed a bad circuit board in my GE fridge, fetched a replacement from his vehicle, and my fridge was back in working order in under an hour.

This was my third attempt of repairing my refridgerator after one month......While laying in bed with a migraine today (Saturday) I called Servicemagic to tell them about my refridgerator problem. Within five minutes, Isiah called and scheduled an appointment for between 5-6 on a Saturday evening. He was pleasant, courteous and repaired the refridgerator. His price was so reasonable that I almost doubled it after working with someone who wanted 900 dollars for what Isiah charged $65.00. I will do my best to recommend Isiah to all my friends and family because he deserves it. He is an honest, hard working gentleman who I highly recommend
