I am so impressed with this company. I had hired another company that was highly rated to come look at a faulty washing machine over eight months ago. That company told us that it wouldnt be worth our time to fix, etc etc. So we lived with the faulty washing machine for almost a year. Then I saw the reviews for Advance Appliance and thought I would get a second opinion. Ike came by and had our washing machine up and running as if it was brand new and did so at a fair price, a good bit less than the original appliance company. Ike is a super nice person and knows what he is doing and will be our forger appliance person. I really cannot say enough good things about him and his company. Forever grateful!!! Just wish I had found him sooner!!!!!

I thought Ike was knowledgeable, professional, and fairly priced for the work he did on my washing machine. In the end I want to feel good about the money paid, the job performed and the expertise of the technician. I will call them again for service!

Just make sure of the appointment date /time since the last thing you want to do is let the customer wait. After 20 minutes after the appointment time I texted him, no response, I called him on the phone and he answered that he is running late and it will be another half hour. Courtesy, call the customer rather than them call you is your best bet. Otherwise, work well done.
