Island Blue Pool

a pool service company, island blue pool company contacted us back in early December when we filled out an inquiry on Angi's list. We spoke thru text for a couple weeks until we were ready to start. They sent outa crew to give us an estimate and we agreed on a price and work started in late December, lasted 2 days. They were late both days they showed up. They didn't preform the any of the work they initially said it would take to complete the project completely. When work was finished, we contacted them about a few issues and we were informed they would send a crew out but we had to pay a travel fee for them to come out. We didn't care we just wanted it fixed. A large crack formed in the lower bowl of the pool and the owner, Xavier told us they were coming in 2 separate occasions but never showed up, text once stating they were stuck on another job. We then found chipping and peeling off the finish coat within the last week. I messaged them to which they're was no response. $8500.00 later, we are going to have to pay someone to fix their work because the company didn't do anything that was told to us before they started
