Bathroom - Remodel
They don't read the instructions for installing anything. consequently, delays, calls to the manufacturer by me because they said the item didn't work, etc. Bottom line, a six month project could have been done in four.

Concrete Patios, Walks & Steps- Install
They did exactly what I wanted, in the timeframe I needed, at a reasonable price. They were neat and cleaned up all debris they generated during the job.

The contractor was very helpful in providing ideas and insight into making the project successful. I believe they met my needs and expectations of my project and overall we were very happy with the results

Bathroom - Remodel
Francis and his crew did a great job with a major bathroom remodel. Their job pricing is reasonable and workmanship is good. They were reliable and easy to work with finding creative ways to do the job in the way we wanted. We will Island Builders for future remodeling projects.
