These guys were awesome and responsive beyond what I expected. I had a couple other gutter companies I'd found my way to first, but neither could get out to my place for weeks. Island Construction Company got out the next day, did quality work and I was stoked, since this was the last thing for my project that I needed before inspection.

Jim and Cody performed the work. Jim listened to my concerns and requests while offering his expert input. The work was carried out as agreed and on time. This was a very refreshing change, our previous gutter installation by a local contractor was an absolute disaster.

We had Monte Sharp with Island Construction tear down and replace a large deck, remodel our kitchen, our two bathrooms along with multiple other things. The quality of work and materials used were great. They provided open and two way communications, stayed in touch, were very responsive to any questions or concerns, and did exactly what they said they would do within time frame and estimate promised. Monte will be my first call for my next home improvement.
