Island Custom Concrete

ICC poured a swim spa slab for us. It is 6 inches thick with steel reinforcement, crack control joints, a broom finish and smoothed edges. It looks great. Mone came and visited our house and had a good conversation about what we wanted before bidding on the project. They worked us in to their schedule, clearing and forming things in one afternoon, then pouring later in the week when they could schedule concrete. Mone and the team were courteous, communicative and wanted to ensure that we had a good experience along with a quality product. They filled a couple of flower pot tiki torch stands for us with extra concrete and cleaned up the area when they were done. Great job!

They came gave me a quote for grinding some concrete about 6 feet long and we agreed to that and instead of grinding the step issue he just layered out concrete make a ramp to basically made it safe. He did not ask me before he did this and all together, he charged me 1,400.00 which we discussed before work was done. When he made the decision without him asking me, I felt that I should not have to pay the amount he quoted and i asked to pay less he just laughed at me and climbed in his truck and left. Said his dad owed the buisness and he worked for his dad

The team was easy to work with. They did a lot of work for us and did it around our tight schedule. We made many improvements this year and Mone and his team were a big part of that.
