Island Pools and Spas

To date the work is not done. The work that is done seems to be good. However, they don't show up for days. Started my job 4 days after taking my money, 3 days after they said they would be there. they don't answer phone calls or texts. poor weather is blamed but they don't show for days when the sun s shining. when they do show it is usually after 10 and gone early. rarely do they work more than 3-4 hours per day. Right now have seen nobody since Saturday despite 3 days of dry sunny weather (and one day of rain). No phone calls or text messages have been answered for three days. My freshly painted pool is filling with Okeechee water as they have not closed the hydrostatic valve. The pool deck awaits a final coat of paint. The light, ladder, and diving board are not replaced. They washed concrete down a drain pipe and now when it rains my yard floods into pool because the drain is clogged. My personal favorite is when they initially came to drain the pool they left the auto fill on and for hours my pool was filling while draining. fortunately we caught it when we came home about 4 hours later, Waiting for the job to be finished but it has been three weeks and they were supposed to be done around the 17th. In fairness, the weather kept that from happening but lack of work is the biggest problem. the job should have been done at least a week ago.
