Charlie and other employee were efficient, skilled, informative. They cleaned everything up after. We had an old system replaced now our water is warmer all the time. I highly recommend this company and I am so impressed how friendly and amazingly efficient the two of them worked. Mahalo🤗

Fantastic customer service. Very quick response. Had my solar water heater maintenance complete within a day of the request. Only problem: extremely expensive. The solar water heater maintenance was almost $400, EVEN with a $100 rebate from HECO. The pump for the solar heater was broken, add $450. Outrageous. The guy was at the house for 35 minutes... cost me $850. I'm in the wrong business.

They were awesome!!!! I can t say that enough about them. Extremely friendly, works really well together it was awesome to watch. Communication is awesome with each other and with me.

Charlie is very good, works well with his men, and does a neat job. He swept up the work area when finished and the installation of the new heater looks very good. He took the time to give me detailed instructions of how the various things work (timer, valve, etc) , and explained the warranty and maintenance for the heater. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

An expensive fix to my problem.

I called Charlie on Saturday and asked about replacing my hot water heater. He said he could do it on Thursday. When I told him my water heater had rusted through and I had it turned off and isolated he said he could do it on Monday. He called before he came on Monday morning and had the new heater in by noon time. The job was done professionally, on time and for the price quoted over the phone.

Charlie was very professional and courteous. He explained everything and did all the work in a very timely manner. I would recommend this company to anyone.

James was quick to respond and repair our solar water heater. He did a detailed inspection of the whole system and found a few other leaks which he then later repaired. Communication was detailed about what actions he was taking and why, overall making the whole process a great experience!

Good installation replacing a leaking solar tank in tight quarters. Learned quite a bit from the Lead Tech, Sean. He was thorough & professional. Final price was $200.00 more then the quote but I expected there to be some increase and now the system is valved the way it should have been.

Service personnel did very well changing my timer and he saw that the anodes were overdue for a replacement. He changed that also with precision and efficiency. Very satisfied and will switch over to Island Solar for all future maintenance.
