Once this company came to do the work, both tubs leaked; both tubs re rusted within 30 days. the owner promised to come fix but its been 12 months. Damage caused. Do not use this company.

Tom and Josh did a fabulous job refinishing my bathtub and tile. I had an awful experience with "Crystal Shine Refinishing LLC" but thankfully Island Transformations saved the day. I also needed the job done fairly quickly and they were prompt to schedule me a time and get the job done. I highly recommend.

These guys are Fantastic!! They were on time, efficient, very polite and friendly Even to our rescue animals. Told us what they were doing and how long it would take. 2 tubs in one day and after they left all you saw was the beautiful tubs no trash or sign that they were even there! I would recommend and hire them again! Saved me Thousands!

Extremely Professional Team. Showed up when they said they would. Worked diligently for three days and literally transformed my bathroom. A lot less expensive than a remodel. I would highly recommend them to everyone. Happy to take a reference call anytime. If there was a place to upload photo's I would do it for them.

They did not look at the job before they started. They said they would come over twice but never did. They asked if the tub had been painted. I said we never did (11years) but did not know before that. They sprayed first coat and it buckled, so they had to start over with a more expensive coat sine they said the tub had been painted. So the job cost $500 more than the original quote. I think if the owner had seen the 2 tubs before starting the job this could have been avoided and cost would live up to the first quote.

Tom was great to work with!!! and did a Fantastic Job on restoring my [poorly Glazed by somebody else] sad looking Iron Bathtub to its Original Classic Beauty, couldn't be Happier! All at a most reasonable Price too!!!

The tub looks brand new! Two downsides are they didn't put the screen to the second floor bathroom back when they said they would, and the person doing the job came four hours late. I still would hire them for their work!

when job was bid i was not told unpleasant fumes would be fanned out the windows to surrounding apts. One neighbor got sick and complained to BOD. When job was bid it was agreed toilet would be left in bathroom because there was adequate work area. But the toilet was carried out to the kitchen where new floor was being installed. Water was dripped and one new board was damaged with resurfacing material someone had on tracked on their shoe. Toilet was left exactly where new floor was being installed and had to be moved out of way to do flooring. Job was scheduled for 9 am, but no show. When I called to find out what was happening they didn't know when they would start. About an hour later they sent a man to get the apt key so i could leave and job was done sometime later in the day. They came back the next day to finish up and were once again late. When they said the job finished I inspected and found numerous tiny holes in the wall surround mostly along what were the old grout lines. Also i found that grout crumbs/dust from their repairs had been left along edge at the bottom where the old wall surround and tub edge meet and these were just covered with resurface material. So it was all lumpy and bumpy. The built-in soap dish on the wall surround had a pointed spot in the resurface material on the edge so sharp it almost cut my finger when i ran my hand over it. In the end all these things were fixed, but I don't think they should have happened in the first place if a careful professional job had been done. It seems there are two owners. One bid the job, the other was involved with doing the job and they don't say and do things the same way. They seem to be very busy and rushed. The final look of the work is satisfactory
