Odean and his crew fixed the sound bar, fixed problems with tv going on and off, showed us how to use and install netflix and amazon prime. They were patient and explained all the steps so we could write them down and repeat the procedures after they left. Their expertise with the tv problems was incredible! I recommend them to everyone.
