Gary and team are great. They installed interlocking bricks in our backyard and also installed sprinklers. We hired them to maintain our lawn. Reliable and honest.

Argumentative and tore up landscaping and did not put back like he said he would. When I had issue with sprinkler he refused to tell me how to fix it, just wanted to charge me more.

I am very happy that I hired the Isles of Serenity Landscaping company. The whole process was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. The preparations were good and the results were beyond my expectation. The project just finished and it would take a while to judge the entire workmanship; but at this time I am very happy and content. They would be the first I would consider for any landscaping job in the future.

TLDR; Best experience hiring anyone to perform a service. Great pricing that was accurately quoted. Amazing work, design and execution. Exceeded our expectations in every area. When we began searching for companies to revamp our backyard we had no idea what we were getting ourselves into. The first two companies we contacted were both no call no shows to estimate appointments. It seemed most companies we looked into were just not interested in responding. This is when we were lucky enough to contact IOS Landscaping. Gary was quick to respond to an email and set up an appointment. He was also quick to respond with a quote after checking out the project. I was very happy and wanted to hire them right away but was always told to get at least two quotes. I finally got another company to come out after multiple messages. The appointment was uninspired and the person didn t seem to have any desire to earn our business. Their quote came in extremely high. We called Gary and let him know we were Ready to move forward with the job they let us know a start date and what to expect. About a week before the job was to start Gary showed up with project manager John to take a look. The communication continued to be excellent. John and his crew were to start at 8 AM on a Thursday and sure enough they arrived at 8 AM on the dot and began working minutes after their arrival. These guys worked extremely hard for three straight days, I couldn t have been more impressed. John and his crew were extremely hard-working and detailed. I cannot recommend them enough. If you have a landscaping project they should be your first choice. The price was great, which matched the quote, and the work was immaculate. As first time homeowners this was our first major project and I can say without a doubt IOS exceeded all expectations.

They are simply the best...love work they did, great quality, good friendly customer service. And best of all the cheapest. I had two other estimates and they beat them by $1,000. Of course I asked the other people in my neighborhood and they said they loved them as well. I highly recommend these guys....they actually care about making the customer happy ty so much

Gary and the team at IOS sweet wonderful to work with. I had a tricky full irrigation to install and they did such an amazing job! They took care with how they designed, installed and cleaned everything up afterward. They made the process easy at a fair price. I shopped around for over a year and finally found a great company to work with. I have already decided on my next yard project (fencing/retaining wall) and I know I will use IOS again without reservation. 10/10!

The crew can be a bit rough but do great work and clean up after themselves. For the price it was excellent. I will definitely be using them again.

Outstanding service. Pricing was on point. John and Gary worked with us on all the small custom stuff making it perfect. They started work early and finished on time. We installed a full patio in our backyard and layed sod in front. A very large job. Would very highly recommend!!!

Cover every square inch of my yard. Walked me through the system and insured I was happy. Happy is a understatement. If your after a sprinkler system, then look no more. We had them install a sprinkler system. They were fast and very good. I was worried about them digging in my gardens, but they put everything back as it was and it looked fantastic! Amazing prices! We got quite a few quotes and know exactly how good they really are! We will be using them for everything we can! We have already gotten on the books for landscaping in our back yard and can't wait to see what they come up with!

My wife and I got several bids for a large (250 sq ft) flagstone patio with a retaining wall and fire pit. Gary, the owner, gave a very reasonable quote and was incredibly responsive when there was a small design change after the first day of install. John and his workers were very skilled and efficient. They got the job done in less time than originally quoted AND John came back 2 weeks later to reset a few stones which had become wiggly. I wish there were a way for me to post pictures of the end result. It is truly gorgeous. My wife and I are thrilled to have this space in our backyard transformed. I could not recommend Gary, John, and his crew any more. My wife and plan on using them again next year for another project as well.

Gary, John, and the crew came up with a beautiful design for our landscape project. Our yard was a dirt eyesore, they turned it into a beautiful landscape. All of thier ideas turned out beautifully. They always showed up when they said they would, and worked continuously until the job was done. I would highly recommend Isles of Serenity Landscape.

A great company to work with, friendly, professional, good work and did the job in a timely manner. we are keeping this company for all are landscaping work.

Explained their process when they came to bid. The work progressed exactly as Gary promised. They dug up an old sprinkler system, put in new system, replaced or reseeded grass, cleaned up excess dirt and explained new sprinkler controls. All in one day, leaving me happy that all my yard and plants were going to be watered as needed. Price was competitive.
