ISMAEL'S PAINTING & REMODELING LLC

We hired this crew because our neighbor used them. We received a quote of $5,000 to paint the exterior of our home if we purchase the paint. Our house trim was dark brown and we changed the house color to honied white. I knew the trim and maybe even the lighter brown color might need 3 coats of paint. I offered and did pay an additional $1,000 for that 3rd coat of paint. We cooked the crew a meal on the last day and treated them very well. What we got in return was not good. Some places of our house seemingly had only one coat of paint. I asked Ismael when he informed me they were finished if they appkied 3 coats of paint and he smartly said "yes." I did pay attention and the crew only made two laps around the house painting. No third coat was applied. It took almost 9 gallons to do one cost. We purchased a total of 20 gallons of paint and have approx 2 gallons left over. This is proof enough alone 3 coats were ot applied. Much of the home had brown showing through.

Ismael and team painted my basement and bedroom and did a great job. They came back and did drywall repair and painting after we had water leak that damaged basement ceiling. Communication was great, pricing was reasonable and team was professional and efficient. Highly recommend and will definitely use them for future projects.

Ismael came out to give me a quote for my large deck resealing. He explained the difference with certain stains and how long they will last on a deck like mine, no trees and the sun just beats down on it in the afternoon. He and his crew (2 others) showed up at the time discussed, and finished the job in a timely manner. Very professional and will hire him again in the future.

Excellent work, both inside and outside.

Excellent work; showed up on time; cleaned everything up.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I highly recommend Ismael Painting and Remodeling! They did an outstanding job building my new deck, completely remodeling my kitchen, and fixing the water problem in my basement. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations, and everything was completed with great attention to detail. They were professional, reliable, hardworking, and kept me informed throughout the entire project. It’s hard to find a contractor you can truly trust, but Ismael and his team delivered excellent workmanship from start to finish. I couldn’t be happier with the results and will definitely be using them again for future projects.
