Texas Bugs R Us, was the only one, that gave me a bid, over the phone. ABC wanted to send a salesman to my house, before they would give me a bid. When I told the lady, that I'd like an estimate on the phone-She said she'd have somebody call me. They never did. The lady at Texas Bugs R Us, was very nice, informative, and gave me a bid, over the phone.

Had bed bugs and they used the heat treatment, which worked.

The first technician arrived 2.5 hours late. When he arrived, he stood on the steps leading to our attack and made his assessment from their. Took a picture and left. I didn't hear from anyone for two weeks. I called to follow up and new technician returned with a trap. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. However, no one returned to resolve the issue and their trap is still in my attic. I ended up spending money with another company which I highly recommend.

The customer service lady with whom I booked the appointment was very friendly and wasn't trying to sell me a service. She was there to help. The Pro showed up when expected. He was very polite as well. He got to work right away and was finished very quickly. He did a thorough job and made sure I knew to call them back if there any issues at all between treatments. They didn't hide it in the fine print, they want their customers to be happy. The bonus is that everything is green, especially having a dog and kids.
