Joshua arrived 20 min. early, saw what was needed, approved my choice of new faucet, went to Lowe's to get that and other materials, was back in no time, and proceeded to do the installation. Couldn't have asked for any better service than that! We'll know who to call next time.

I hired Joshua to repair and replace a gas dryer duct in a narrow crawlspace. He was prompt, courteous and communicated to me when delayed in arrival. He explained in detail what supplies were needed for the repair. After the repair was completed he cleaned up the area. He took pictures with his phone and pointed out to me some areas of potential water damage to keep an eye on. Finally, I found his fee most reasonable and I will hire him again for household repairs.
