This was my first time using this service and I was very impressed. I am still unpacking from my move (over a year ago) and they were flexible and did a wonderful "Spring cleaning". Shaunna, Alexis and Nikki were great with my three dogs, and I look forward to having them come on a weekly basis. Michelle was my contact person and she listened to what I needed and answered all my questions. My arthritis makes it difficult to do the vacuuming and mopping, so they are my one "luxury".

Scheduled my Spring Cleaning three weeks in advance including the on site inspection. Called to verify the arrival time 4 days prior to the scheduled date and Fernando had nothing on the calendar. He had obviously dropped the ball but blamed me for not following up. He scrambled to find a team to come that week. The five ladies that arrived had not been given the "extras" I had communicated the both Fernando and the Site Inspector....extras that were included in the $750 charge. The 7 hours I was promised turned into 3.5 hours and only half of the extras were done. I won't be using them again and hope others read this review and look for another service provider - unless you like 1/2 the work for 100% of the price.

Melinda and Marlene did a terrific job cleaning our house. These ladies are always pleasant and eager to know if we have anything specific that might need their extra attention. It's always such a nice day when they come!

Wonderful job by Natasha, Brittany and Chloe today! My home is sparkling clean, and they did a perfect job so quickly and efficiently. Best of all, the team of ladies are so pleasant â ¦even though my hair-shedding dog made their task much more difficult. Kudos to them for such a beautiful job. Weâ ll definitely use Itâ s Maid Day again soon!

Excellent, very very thorough and efficient and worth the price paid for a deep Spring clean. Crew of 3 allows them to get the job done in an acceptable time frame without being in your house for 5 and 6 hours. They got the job done in 3.5 hours, like they promised. And did it without sacrificing quality.

It's Maid Day team 3, is great! Ashley is the team lead and she always does a fantastic job. Her new team partner Jaleesa was great! They gave my home an awesome cleaning and fresh clean smell the way I like it. I also like the company because of the flexibility and professionalism Darlene the receptionist was very attentive to my needs. I will use Team 3 again.

It's Maid Day workers do an excellent job. They are prompt and courteous and professional. They bring all their supplies with them and get right to work cleaning. It's so nice to come home from work after they've been there!

As always everything went perfectly. I can't say enough great things about It's Maid Day. I've been using this service for about 5 months and my home always looks fresh and clean when done. I love my team (varies from 1 - 3 professional cleaners) and have requested them every time. They are professional, friendly, consciousness and aim to please. The cost is very reasonable and with tasks added or rooms taken off the list if cleaning is not necessary the cost will reflect this. This is perfect for those rooms that may not have been used. I would definately recommend It's Maid Day!
