Ivannova Air Conditioning, and Electric

Mi aire acondicionado se dañó el viernes por la tarde y llamé a Ivannova porque me lo recomendó mucho mi vecino. Ese mismo día se tomaron el tiempo de ir a mi casa después de horario para revisar la unidad. Fueron muy pacientes y atentos, e hicieron que todo el proceso fuera sencillo y sin complicaciones. Gracias a sus opciones de financiamiento, pudimos comprar una unidad nueva y la instalaron el sábado por la mañana. Sin duda, es una empresa profesional que vale cada centavo. Mi esposo y yo no podríamos estar más felices con nuestra nueva unidad. Gracias, Beatriz y Roberto, por su ayuda y por ir más allá para atender nuestro hogar.

I found this company and originally they weren’t the first I called but I’m glad I let them come out to my house for an estimate. Alex is their project manager and I’ve never had someone show me around my system before, although I don’t know much on the topic, the fact that he educated me made me feel secure in my decision. Now that the job is complete I can say that I made the right choice. Thank you to the Ivannova team and to Lisy as well for assisting me from the office!

Excellent service from start to finish. They installed a new air conditioning system for me and everything came out perfect. The team was punctual, professional, and very clean with their work. They explained everything clearly and delivered exactly what was promised. I highly recommend them.
