Ivanov worked quickly and is a great value for what he charged!

Ivan did an amazing job in a very challenging attic bedroom, that had a lot of corners and slanted walls. He did a beautiful texture on the ceilings and did not get the collar ties or the floors dirty. He was super quick, mudded everything in one evening and met the deadline that we asked for. Best part is that he actually answers his phone and replies to texts which most contractors don't do. He even did some patches in the second bedroom which wasn't part of our initial ask. I would advise to call him a few weeks ahead of your project, as he is super busy in the spring/summer. Overall, it was a smooth and fast experience and would strongly recommend him.

Ivan converted three disastrous closets into usable closets in a very short amount of time and for a completely reasonable price. Everyone who saw the closets before and after were astonished by the transformation. Don't waste time, call him first.

Ivan was great to work with! His crew did good work and did so quickly (which was what we needed)! When we wanted a few minor things that needed 'fixing' Ivan came over right away to fix/change the spots necessary. There was one room with minor blemishes, but I think those were a result of low lighting and I didn't notice them till a week later. It was so minor I never even mentioned it. Also my home is older so there was a lot of difficult spots where things weren't square. His crew made them look perfect. Overall, a great, honest guy, excellent work, very fair price! We would give him our highest recommendation!

Ivan was very prompt with this quote and accurately talked about everything that needed to be done with the project. He was able to begin immediately as we wanted and finished in his estimated timeframe as well. The end result is a great drywall job (including some seamless work in tricky spots!) and he was excellent to work with, I recommend him for projects of all sizes and challenges.

Mr. Ivanov was very prompt in answering my request for a drywall and/or plaster craftsman. He arranged an immediate appointment, correctly sized up the job and assured me he could repair my plaster walls and ceilings without having to drywall over them. He was so right, my 104 year old house has never looked better and I no longer have to worry about repairing the ceilings. I so appreciated his skills and demeanor that I asked him if he had time to paint over his repairs and he agreed. It was another satisfying experience. Ivan was extremely prompt; from initial contact to bidding to job completion was less than 36 hours. His work was very good and the price was very competitive. Definitely a recommended service!

Our experience with Ivan was great. He promptly returned my call and set up an appt. to give us an estimate. The estimate he gave us was extremely affordable. Almost half of what one contractor had quoted us. In addition, he was honest. He gave recommendations about the work and was upfront about the one bad rating that he received. He drywalled our master bath and did a great job. He was always on time, called to double-check appt. times (the job took 3 days), and was courteous and polite. We could tell that customer service and satisfaction was very important to him throughout the job. I would highly recommend him!

I found Ivanov to be very reliable and honest and provided a competitive price for his services. His work was very good, but there are a couple spots, visible to the naked eye that we not properly finished. Drywalling is a very difficult and dirty job and Ivanov did a very good job. He also cleaned up after the job and did not leave anything lying around

When completed, it appeared sufficient. However, when our electrical work was completed & we turned on the lights in the PM, we saw every joint on our bedroom and family room ceilings-each marked with a dark shadow. I contacted Ivan & was told that I was overreacting & that it was fine. However, I felt it needed to be addressed as it was very visible in the PM. He came out & attempted to cover the joints with more texture. That did not work. He said it would cost more to make it look right. I ended up getting 2nd opinions & paying someone else to fix it. Overall, I didn't get the work that I paid for as I expected a normal looking ceiling.

Being very busy like many people our project has taken much personal and professional time away from us. Ivanov, seems to really understand our need to move forward with our project and his willingness and dedication was incomparable. I filled out the request on SM and called him at 9 pm he answered and scheduled and appointment with us the next night at 8 pm (what we wanted), which made us very happy. He showed up on time, worked till the job was done and was very friendly. He even went the extra mile and dropped off our invoices to us by hand. We are very impressed... Everyone has complimented on how great our ceilings are Thank you so much!

The over all result was very good. Little concern with the amount of mess left for the homeowner to take care of. Also, some areas that required touch up.

He called right away and keep in his time line. It was a difficult job to start with, made worse by the poor job his tapers did, I would have paid more to had a better job done, I had to fix around the canister lights, and touch up other places, there was a lot of air bubbles in the dinning room were he skim coated the whole room. He seemed rush with other work and wanted to move on to the next job.

Ivan was on time for the consultation and the work as promised. Ivan did a great job and I have already told two friends.
