We had to replace sands and some parts in the filtering system. I was worry about the cost of parts. However, he only charges for the actual cost and very honest. Also he thoroughly cleans our pool nice and clean. Although he speaks little English but we are using Google translator to communicate each other and works pretty well.

He was very nice and went out of his way to help me. I had a dryer that did not heat up in a house of 6 people. He was able to come and fix my dryer the next. Our only issue was he did not speak a lick of English. He had to communicate via your phone so it could interpret English vs Russian.
