Not putting no names. The plumber they sent was very high strung an was in a hurry at the time he arrived to the time he left. I called for a shower leak to be fixed he came an put a new fixture in sideways an hooked the pipes up wrong. An also told me the pvr was bad witch I have two both were bad but he only replaced one cause he did not wanna touch the galvanized pipe. He did not wanna put the mirror back on the wall after cutting my dry wall an ripping it. An still didn't fix my shower. I called the company after finding out what all has been done wrong after paying over a thousand dollars. Still waiting on them to make it right. Will not recommend an will not use again.

We offered to get our technician en route to you (while on the phone with you.) but you told us not to send anyone out. We asked that you allow us a little time to review the job, talk to our technician and issue you a refund. You submitted this review during the same period of Thanksgiving week without allowing us time to get back to you."

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Thomas arrived on time and worked efficiently. He was very nice and polite. He installed the new water heater and noticed something seemed wrong once the pilot light was not working correctly. He called the company and discovered that it had a defective part. Thomas removed it, returned it, and came right back with a new water heater which worked well. It must have been frustrating for him, although he was very professional. I can’t express strongly enough that I would definitely have him do future repairs if needed!!

When the plumber got to my home and he went under the house to look at the water lake that I had he took pictures. Of what needed to be done? He said, I needed a new water pressure valve to stop the water lake. Tell me it cost $300 for water pressure valve when it doesn't. And they're not needed a water space, it plugged off and one replaced. Charged me $900. He left the underpinning down. Did not put it back like it was. The water lake is there. I don't have no hot water. Haven't had no hot water since the day. He'd done it, call them, come back out. Did not fix it Got in the truck and left. Never said a word. I try to live on $811 a month. They took every penny I had and did not fix it. So no I would never use them again. And if you're a single woman, don't call them. Out, because they we'll rip you off. I had to have back surgery i have rods screws middle plate in my back and I cannot get down to crawl under the porch to put the underpinning back so when it gets cold enough for

"Hi Linda, as we stated before, we always give our customers a price before doing any work. We also told you that we do not repair moisture barriers once we cut them for access. The PRV had nothing to do with your hot water. Before we left, you approved the work and agreed to the payment. We?re sorry that you had a change of heart about your experience"

We had already purchased a faucet for outside our garage but could not install it. We called Ivy Plumbing on Sunday since they are open 24/7 and the lady which was very nice said they?d have a guy en route soon. So he gets to our home, I assist in installing the faucet and we get a $450 bill! They knew I had to have it done that day so we were completely taken advantage of in my opinion because normally a job like that is no more than $150-$200

From website of iveys, they tote fairness and honesty. Ivey charged me $450 for 3/4 hours work. When I contacted Steve, he was unwilling to listen. I will never?. It was a valve install.

Due to the efficiency of our technician, you decided that you didn't want to pay for the agreed upon price, by saying that your husband should never have approved the job due to his mental state. This is an unfair position for us as we had spoken to your husband prior to set up the job. We quoted, you agreed and we fixed the issue."

Steve with Ivey Plumbing gave us a reasonable quote, arrived for the job when he said he would, kept us informed of the work he was doing each day, and was meticulous with the details of the job.
