Tim Ivey wants his customers to be satisfied! He's paid a lot of attention to a relatively small job--a leaking skylight in a storage building. He's personable and easy to understand. His cost is very reasonable. I'm a widow living by myself, and this kind of business helps me to sleep at night!

They sent an estimate for some of the work which was within our budget, we agreed on the service. The completed work was outstanding!! Thank you again

Very pleasant experience, I would hire again.

I had water getting past the seal between my fireplace and my roof. He came out and finished the job quickly. Fast forward 8 months later, and the leak is back. I checked the invoice, and it came with a 1-year warranty. I got in contact, and he agreed to come back out and take a look. However, more than a week had gone by, and I have tried to get in touch multiple times to no avail. I am going to have to end up hiring someone else now. This seemed like a simple job, and the work failed too quickly, and he does not honor his own warranty. Beware.

Quick return call, repaired shingles that ripped off the roof in high winds the same day we spoke.

At first they seemed very knowledgeable on what they were doing but it came to me that this is a bad decision just the way they handled everything and I just did not seem comfortable with giving them any money down in the direction this is going but they did show up on time for the estimate

Tim Ivey inspected my tile roof and quoted me a very good price to clear leaves and debris. He was right on time for the estimate and for performing the work. He included repair of three tile and did not charge more until I told him he should - very fair. They did a great job and were very courteous and personable. I will definitely use them again in the future.

It rained the next day and the roof still leaked but not as much as before. He promised me a receipt and did not produce one.

Tim was very professional,punctual,fair on price and finished the job in one day. He even included some extra repairs that needed to be done free of charge. Very honest with is work.

This guy is your worst nightmare. Beware a scam artist. Did not do what he said and lied to me and my wife about his work and was down right rude when he took our moneys. My roof is still leaking. And $ he stole from us is frustrating. I m hiring a Lawyer. Keep this guy off of Homeadvisor

Did not provide a receipt until I asked for one... a hand written receipt on a blank form... I had to ask for his phone number to be added to this receipt. I thought it was unprofessional.
