Ivy Creek Landscaping

I hardly ever write these reviews, but I've had such a great experience with IvyCreek Landscapes for the past 3 years, that I couldn't pass up a chance to brag a little bit about their company! Brandon and his team have not only been professional, but they have completed every project on time and communication is always clear and prompt. For the past few years, I've had my yard maintained through their company; however, this summer I told Brandon that I would like a retaining wall and fireplace installed. He gave me quotes, honest expectations, a tentative time frame, and provided multiple options of several layouts to get a better idea of what I was looking for. To say that his team went above and beyond with what I was looking for is an understatement! My family and I are STOKED to enjoy our backyard this fall, and my kids can't wait to roast marshmallows with the new fireplace. Thank you so much Ivy Creek Landscapes!

I was a customer of Ivy Creek for literally 4+ years for mowing, lawn maintenance, even had them install a patio. All of a sudden in April 2022 my grass was like a foot tall and I emailed and called to see when they would be out to cut my lawn. I did not hear back so followed up and then Brandon basically told me it has been nice doing business with me, but they were focusing on commercial clients. While I understand a change in focus to more profitable work, there is a way to go about it. He gave me ZERO notice to find another provider, and my grass looked horrible. After 4+ years of doing business with me I would have expected at least a notice by email and a final service to wrap things up. When I asked for a final cut to bridge to a new provider, Brandon simply did not respond. I always paid on time and was never demanding-even followed up when I did not see an invoice come through when they moved to a new billing system and were having issues. Not an okay way to treat any customer, and sad they ended the relationship this way.

Brandon told me that I needed new top soil in order to get new grass to grow. I paid $800 for what he said was "top quality and top soil. What he ruined my yard with was nothing but construction site debris. I have found the following all over my yard: large chunks of asphalt, pieces of red brick, chunks of wood, large and small rocks, pieces of concrete and just plan junk. Just when I think I have picked it all up my lawn mower hits another clump of some debris. Brandon just made excuse after excuse. Horrible, sloppy work. Complete rip off. Do not use Ivy Creek.

Brandon, and his team respond in a timely manner and have demonstrated a picture perfect working relationship. Our here at the Courtyard by Marriott look forward to working together on many projects with Ivy Landscaping.

Paid for Aeration, lime , overseed. No grass grew. Brandon said he would work with us. Never got back to us after several texts. All talk, no action unfortunately. I would not recommend.

If needing anything extra done at any given time it s not a problem they will fit you in

Their invoicing was unclear and I was charged more than budgeted for ?mowing, blowing, edging and fertilization?. They punched my lawn and (I think) planted seed once and grass didn't grow. Other than that, they mowed my lawn 4 times and I was, ultimately, charged more than 400$ for my lawn to be mowed 4 times (0.25 acre lot).

Arrived on time and did a quality job. Amazed at how well the over-seeding worked.

They were a no show on the day they scheduled to aerate, seed and fertilize my yard. They came the next morning when I was not at home. On my inspection after the fact, I was not pleased. I emailed Bryan and conveyed my concern on the lack of visible coverage in my yard. After two weeks of daily watering with the irrigation system, there were a few areas of new grass but large areas with no new grass. After two more weeks and the situation had not improved, I sent an email with pictures to Bryan that were examples of the poor coverage of the new grass. Bryan responded that the problem was most likely due to wash away of seed from heavy rains. During this period of time, there has not been any evidence of seed washing or collecting anywhere in my essentially flat yard. Bryan did offer to come by to reseed and lay down wheat straw at an additional cost to me. I did not accept his offer and decided to spend money elsewhere. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this company.
