The ladies did a fantastic job doing a deep cleaning at my apartment. They did not miss a spot. They even folded clothes, made my bed, they went above and beyond. The chain in my toilet tank was broken and I had not been able to fix it. I did not expect it at all but they even fixed that! It felt amazing to come home to a spotless place. They also used products without scent as requested, since I'm highly allergic to strong smells. I definitely will be using their service regularly.

So far it has been great. Very professional everyone wears a mask while in the house. Has been a great experience so far.

I cannot state how highly I recommend Iza Best Cleaning for housecleaning services. Having worked with other cleaning services, the job that was done by this company surpassed others by leaps and bounds. Three ladies came over and worked extremely hard for hours. The expected tasks... floor cleaning, dusting, cleaning our 2 full bathrooms, stairs, etc. were completed to near perfection. But these ladies cleaned all the cabinet faces, all the molding (of which there is much), every appliance. Every make up and lotion bottle in both bathrooms were cleaned of all the baby powder that my husband and I use daily. They even cleaned all the outside of the washer and dryer. I Haven t room to list all the extras they did, but suffice to say a week later, I was still finding things that I was so happily surprised to see cleaned. I wanted to mention details so that the reader would know the level of excellence reached by these wonderful professionals. Highly, highly recommended.

We had this cleaning service for a few months. The service was good at first. However, over time, many items began to disappear from my home.

First two times the service was good, except the girl showed later and later for the job. After contacting the owner she apologized and set the next appointment for later time. The girls were supposed to come around 11.45 am. They showed up almost at two o clock. I sent a message to the owner about it, and she never bothered to respond to the message. I also was not exactly happy with the cleaning equipment they came with the last time and the cleaning was not done very well either. The girls do not speak English much, so it was a bit difficult to communicate. I need someone reliable, who will be on time or at least will let me know if they are running late. I thought I found a good company, I guess I did not.

I called and the same day they came out and cleaned my home. What a fast and prompt great response! They not only surfaced clean, like most cleaners but went beyond and moved all my furniture and cleaned underneath. Very impressed with the quality of their work. Would recommend them highly. You will not be disappointed with their service.

Iza responded to my request immediately and came out the same day to provide a quote. After a day or two she sent me a text asking if I would like her to come and clean. We were able to set up an appointment right away and she assured me that this would be the same time she would come and clean each time. Super easy to work with, lovely person!
