Having a new kitchen had been my dream for years. With George and his crew, I finally got my new kitchen. I wish I would have found George earlier; I would have saved myself a lot of grief. George was always calm, supportive and professional. He gently made suggestions which improved the project. Where I had other contractors say that there were insurmountable issues, George and his crew found solutions. Where another contractor for the project was temperamental and hard to deal with, George stepped in and handled it. George was not just my contractor, but when I needed, was my partner in the project. George, John, Matt, Jorge and Jose....Thank you!!!

George did a great job understanding what I wanted and working out the details. His crew was friendly and efficient and did a great job!

Everyone was pleasant and considerate to work with. If it weren't for covid-19 the job would have been completed on time. We plan to use then for more projects in the future

George and his sons did painted the entire interior, trim, ceilings, 4000 sq ft. They also did much repair work on the exterior, then paint, also stained deck (1500 sq ft). Outstanding, timely and professional work. I hired them before, will hire tem again.

George and his team were wonderful for our Kitchen remodel, painting, lighting, and fireplace job. George was always on-time for our planning meetings. He also started and completed the work on the exact timeline he promised at the start of the job. He helped us with the design and picking the right materials. His team was able to handle everything that came up during the job, including fixing an unexpected plumbing problem for the house. The quality of the work is great and our home looks great! Initial contact was great. The work completed was also great. The lack of communication in between was a little frustrating. Ultimately we got great work for a fair price.

It did not start out well and the final outcome was even worse. Owner George was very pleasant until the end. His employee John was also nice. Bathroom remodel: Carpets were not protected during demo. During plumbing install, water valve was left on which flooded down to 1st floor kitchen ceiling causing water dmg. Wall and niche tiles were not level nor were they square. New tub was chipped and they attempted to conceal it. Walls were painted poorly. We requested the Owner to inspect, and he agreed to all errors and poor craftsmanship. Owner agreed to take necessary step to rectify and correct all issues. Owner offered to reglaze the new tub w/a company he would never used. It did not have a website nor any reviews. We refused. Owner agreed to remove and replace wall and niche tiles and replace the tub. We were happy. John spoke w/the company we were using for the modern frameless shower doors to confirm tub needed to be level along w/other measurements. After job was done, I washed the newly tiled floor and found that Inzer had failed to cover the floor while working so black grout looked like powder had been spilled on it. A few floor tiles had also been chipped so the white chips are REALLY visible. After job was finished, shower door comp. Came to measure. We were informed the tub was not level, so they could not install the door we had chosen! Our option was to install an old fashioned sliding door or a custom made swinging door in a VERY small bathroom (very awkward). When Owner George was notified, he stated the tub was installed level and per his employee the floor grout and tile was done correctly. We asked him to come to inspect. He refused. We offered to send photos of poor workmanship. He refused. We asked him to correct the errors and fulfill the agreed upon contract & his response was that he would not redo the work again. He told us to handle the problems on our own as he had lost too much $$ on this job. He told us to contact Grout Doctor for tile staining or replacement as it was not his area of expertise. Contract stated job would be done within 2 weeks. However, 6 weeks later, we did not have a finished bathroom. Finally, Owner George agreed to accept what we had previously paid him as a full and final payment for the work. This was a terrible experience, and we do not have the bathroom we had planned thanks to Inzer and Son. Obviously, we will not be recommending this company. On a positive note, the 2nd installation of walls tiles was done well.

We hired Inzer to remodel our basement. George and his crew were easy to work with. We had a few hiccups during the course of the project and George was very good about getting things corrected quickly and to our satisfaction. Made sure we were happy and did not nickel and dime us on everything. We did pick up some of the materials we selected and George was good about making sure those items were deducted from final payout. we would definitely use them again

gave $20k for a 2 bathroom renovation in May of 2018. The contractor did not show up for 6 weeks. The estimate for the first bathroom was 12k. Before the completion of the first bathroom they had asked for more money. As of today, 7 months later, the barhrooms have not been. We have paid for the countertops directly to the maker, paid for the cabinets directly to the maker, paid for the mirrors on our own and bought the tile for both bathrooms. I selected this company based on the reviews that were on your service. We will be remodeling our kitchen but we definitely will not be using your services.

Quote was late and we had to follow up to receive it. The work was to remove and replace water damaged drywall and subfloor, and to repair squeaking in subfloor. Worker only cut about a 5ft x 2ft section of the drywall out, saw no mold damage and replaced the drywall, he did not touch the subfloor. We were still charged $850 for only 1/3rd of the quoted work being done. Very disappointed they ripped us off. My guess is job was not expensive enough for them to care about.

Very responsive. Offered guidance that helped me to make the right decisions. Crew was responsible and respectful. Cleaned up after each stage. Very happy with results.

Absolutely amazing! They finished quickly, kept us apprised of everything, were on time, cleaned up thoroughly after every day, and were very flexible with our numerous add-on requests. Will DEFINITELY hire them for our next project!!!

George and his crew are pros and know what they're doing! George is local to the tri-city area and has been in the business for close to 30 years. He delivered on his promises and even threw in a couple extras ( added an overhead light in my son's bedroom and a dimmer in my new office, both free of charge). He wanted me to be happy with all of the work and made sure everything matched my needs. His crew was very friendly as well. If you want someone who knows what he's doing at a fair price, hire Inzer & Sons!

Remodeled a small powder room. George and his crew were professional, efficient, reasonably priced and did a wonderful job. Had a small problem with the hole around the heat vent slightly blocked by the new tile, they were out in less then a day to fix it. I would highly recommend Inzer and Son to anyone looking to have work done.

George and his team remodeled our house. They were a good team to work with and we are happy with the end result.

George and his team did not stop till we were happy with our new dining room. Our house is old with challenges like wallpaper and thick foundation walls. He knows how to handle this without sacrificing the charm of the home. The painting, trim and electrical work was done quickly. He also installed a water line for a new fridge and replaced some decorative trim on our stairs. I am very happy with the work.

I contacted about 6 different companies and received their quotes. From the very beginning George Inzer was the person who provided the most details about the work to be done. He inspired me the most trust and his price was also the most competitive. George is very professional, punctual, responsive, polite and nice. Inzer and Son Services finished up our basement in about 5 weeks, the amount of time that George committed at the beginning. Besides doing his job, George took the time to go shopping with me for bathroom furniture and other items we needed. He explained so many things I was not aware of and I sincerely appreciate his knowledge. As a new homeowners, we were completely clueless about many things but he was patience enough to explain how things work in the house and how to care for the items.

They are all very courteous and professional. I was very pleased with the entire crew for the entire project.
