They will be here Wednesday, 13 of March. I was impressed with my initial phone conversation with their representative. She has excellent phone interaction skills and insures that she understood what I desired to have completed in my home. Next was my meeting with the representative with a J2D for an estimate of what I wished to have repaired or replaced. His knowledge and suggestions were excellent and welcomed. I will let you know after the this job is completed how well they did. Turns out that J2D did work on my home previously. The city inspectors inspected their completed work and it was excellent. I would give their customer service representative who answers the phone and makes appointments a 10+, she is wonderful and a pleasure to work with.

Jay and his team did an excellent job upgrading my electrical panel from 100 amp to a 200amp. They did quality work. The inspector said everything looked great.

I had four electrical contractors go through my house, and J2D Electric was the only company that made sure I understood everything. Told me when I was planning something that wasn't necessary! They did a great job a everyone who was here were so nice. Very efficient and very reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend them.

They helped with good suggestions and went beyond the original scope of the problem to fix an additional problem with no reschedule. I felt that they were more concerned with quality than making a killing.

He was able to come withing 24 hours. He was professional and discussed what he was doing. He also made recommendations, but was not "pushy". He did a great job. We have filed his name and will definitely use him again if we have another job.

Things went pretty smooth. After first contacting them and got a idea for a quote had to wait a couple weeks to figure out finances. Got the appointment set finally and it took 2 hours on the dot. Although i was not there this comes from my wife- They worked hard and got it done fast. Although they weren't entirely friendly but thats ok. Got what we needed to have done in good time
