J3 Contractors was amazing! John came in and gave us a bid for the work we wanted done. He had great ideas and had a complete understanding of what we wanted and made recommendations accordingly. His bid was easy to understand and each item priced out. He then started the job within 2 weeks and all work was done with meticulous detail. He did have a few different subcontractors come in, ie: electrical & finish carpenters and they were all amazing. Everyone was on time, polite, and cleaned up every evening. He did a great job communicating with us, kept us updated on the progress, finished on time, and on budget. We were very pleased with the finished product and workmanship. I highly recommended J3 contractors!

Great Job and a fair price. Had a new roof put on and a year later all is good. You must be careful in Florida because a lot of fraud and con men when it comes to roofs. Very happy with J3 Contractors.

For some of them I was out of the country and he kept me updated with daily emails, texts, and pictures so I knew exactly how the project was going.  Working with John you never have to worry that your largest investment, your home, is well taken care of!
