They did an amazing job from start to finish. Jeff was very prompt in replying to all of my emails and kept me well informed. The finished product looks amazing. The removal and installation of the new shingles was done in a timely manner. His crew (Aaron) was amazing. I have never seen a human being work as hard as this young man did. He is truly a perfectionist. Every day they cleaned up the work site. I highly recommend Titan Roofing !!!

Efficient, no chemicals, reasonable, reliable and friendly, Came late in the day so it got dark before they finished- came back next day to complete the job. Roofclear and gutter ice jams gone!

Showed up and did roof repair same day. Appears to be OK. Did not leave invoice and did not send one as he stated he would (paid at time of service). When a service is provided and no receipt is provided that means to me that the provider of the service is not paying taxes. This has happened to me many times in this area. Since I pay my taxes I would appreciate it if these home "professionals" that charge as much as a physician or lawyer per hour would pay their taxes to the IRS and state also.

Jeff seemed very nice and knowledgeable about the work he was doing. After he started, he found more wrong than he thought. He let us know what was wrong, why it had to be fixed and how much more it would be. The cost seemed kind of high for what was done, but I don't know the roofing industry enough to know if it was out of line or not, and he seemed professional enough not to try to overcharge customers. Overall appreciated his attitude and timeliness. No one else we called even showed up when they said they would.
