If you want your flat panel wall mounted, look no further. This company is the absolute best.

The service is good. They will answer all the question you have nicely. Come on time, and clean up nicely after the work is done. However, the only complaint is that they came and look at the location to mount the TV (on tile), and said it has no problem to install, but after they called Art (the boss), Art told them that the tile will be cracked due to there is a gap between the tile and wall, and they said they could not do the job. I appreciated that they told us in advance that there is a chance of cracking the tile, however, my complaint is that the two pros that came did not realize that until they called and asked Art. To me, they are not experience enough. Overall service was good.

Art with JAAG Media called shortly after I sent the request. He was great in answering my questions about my needs and he quoted me a range of fees over the phone, being dependent on a physical inspection. I scheduled them to come out two days later. Art, Josh, and Walker arrived on time and were very courteous and knowledgeable. Some unforeseen obstacles presented themselves and I was given options on how to resolve the issues as quality and cost effective as possible. They completed the work efficiently and meticulously. I would definitely use them again.

Art, the owner, went out of his way to help me solve my Harmony remote programming problems. Super knowledgeable and patient. I would highly recommend JAAG for any of your install / programming needs!

Art and Josh did an excellent job wall mounting and setting up a new television for us. They called ahead to let me know they were on their way and were on time (actually early!). They took time to explain what needed to be done and how they planned to do it, giving me several options for the installation. Installation was thorough, completed quickly and efficiently and they made sure we understood everything and were happy with the installation. Additionally, they cleaned up after the work and even disposed of my television box for me. Extremely reasonable price too! I would highly recommend them and would use them again for any a/v project.

Art came & gave us an estimate to mount our new tv on the wall & to look at another tv in our home. He was not in a hurry' very personable and very professional. We hired him & he was able to come the next day. He was on time and did a wonderful job in a short time. He even went over how the new tv worked! Highly recommend Art and JAAG Media!
