One Time Interior House Cleaning

I went with JAC for a move out clean because the scheduling agent was kind and thorough in her explanation of the service. The cleaning crew themselves also were very kind, communicative, and thorough, however they ended up scrubbing all of the text off of my oven. This made it impossible to know what temp I was setting my oven to. I called the company to see if they could offer any type of compensation for the damage, and ended up getting the run around for about a week, until finally they routed me to insurance claim purgatory after the owner refused to do anything about it. The most unpleasant part of the whole thing was that the cleaning crew (who I tipped generously), lied and said the damage to my oven was there when they got there. As someone who appreciates the hard work these people do, I was pretty frustrated with the lack of accountability and would recommend a different service who treats their customers better.

The ladies did a great job and were very friendly and professional. The price was very expensive, since I cleaned before they came. I will continue to look for a more reasonable price.

Krista did a deep clean in our 1600 sq foot apartment and spent a little over 8 hours. Was meticulous and provided friendly and competent service. She was open to suggestions and I felt comfortable that she would do a great job, and she did.
