Central A/C Service or Repair
Our AC (while running) leaks water into my dining room ceiling and adjacent walls. This man came to my property after being assigned and spends 4 minutes looking at the AC unit. Not touching it, not even getting close to it?he stood 1 foot away and told me that the AC wasn?t leaking at the moment so he can?t see anything wrong with it. He had no problem taking the service fee and telling my tenant to let the unit run and then ?call me when it starts leaking?. Well, the unit ran and it leaked?my tenant called the contractor who stated that they were over an hour away. He then had my tenant wait for four hours for him to show up until they finally turned off the AC and contacted the warranty company. Less than 10 minutes later my tenant received notification that the contractor cancelled the appointment in their system (yet - funny enough - didn?t refund their service fee). This is a total lack of professionalism and workmanship.
