From start to finish Jacob Electric absolutely incredible company that's why from a sweet customer service representative her name was Jea to the Electrician who came to the site James. Quick smooth my schedule was done, i had a complicated electrical issue which results of power shutdown in my whole property after Jea have schedule the electrician, i receive a notification that the electrician on his way! i love it when they use technology in their business, it make easily for the client to schedule my busy day around the electrician arrival. James was very detailed, professional, provide me and answer of all my question and fix my problems. I will definitely use this company for my addition in coming summer and recommended to my friends and relatives for sure. from now forward Jacob Electric is my Contractor.

Mani is an exceptional electrician, a rare individual, honest, considerate, and possesses impeccable customer service skills. I have used his services on two occasions, each time, he demonstrated incredible knowledge in resolving my electrical issues. Most recently, yesterday - 02/04/24 when I lost power in my basement, with rain coming down. I called Jacob Electric , and they told me the electrician will be at my house in 60 minutes. Of course, he showed up, social distancing measures - mask, wore booties (quality ones), came in and immediately identified and fixed the source of my electrical issues. In the process, educated me about what the issue was. Most importantly, fairest prices you can find - no gimmicks!! Jacob - thank you for being an exceptional electrician and servicing my issues. I look forward to using your services for the big project soon!!!

I recently hired Jacob Electric to address issues with light fixtures, heaters, and faulty wiring. Despite their estimate being slightly higher, the professionalism and meticulous work they delivered far exceeded my expectations. The team not only efficiently resolved the problems but also left the space exceptionally clean. I wholeheartedly recommend Jacob Electric to anyone seeking top-notch electrical services, they truly are the best in the business.

They sent 2 people that had always worked industrial not residential so the work was correct but sloppy, they were not as careful as they should have.

Ultimately the job was done correctly, but the communication on the contractors side could be improved. Where this was evident is that I had described the scope of work in detail to the first point of contact, but the individual who came to do the work only knew about 50% of what I had requested be done.

Jacobs electric is a good company to work with. The only thing I would change is that I think the I industry is fast paced and they need to hire more people. Their electricians are professional and courteous , but a little overworked.

We were very happy with the work done and professionalism of the crew. All work passed inspections, will definitely recommend and use Jacob Electric again!

I'm appalled by the poor treatment I received from Luca and Jacob Electric, Kirkland WA. Luca poorly estimated the time it would take to complete a job. He estimated and charged me 5.5 hours for a job that took 2.5 hours. Their Terms and Agreement even state. This estimate or invoice is structured on a Time and Material basis. Even after speaking with Luca and the Jacob Electric staff about charging only for the 2.5 hours, I never got an adjustment to reflect actual Time and Materials. I will never use these people and will steer everyone I know away from them. The work did not pass inspection.

They never finished the job- and their work has not passed inspection.

They installed a Tesla charger for me. They came to do a quick evaluation, and installed the same day, they even when out to get a missing part to complete the job and didn't charge for it. Overall good experience, price ended up being fair but it would have nice to know it upfront.

Prompt, concerned for my home and health (wore mask and booties), diagnosed and carefully explained the problem, offered options, fixed the problem quickly for a reasonable price. I would hire him again.

They not only gave me the best bid but showed up on time, cleaned up after and actually charged me exactly what I was quoted! I highly recommend Luca from Jacob's Electrical.
