WOW great people and quality work.

We hired Josh to do several projects in a rental unit and the level of service and quality is top shelf. We're very satisfied with his attention to detail and the level of care he and Jacob demonstrate while doing work. Josh even goes out of his way to provide advice even if it's not something he plans to work on. So far we couldn't be happier. We'll definitely be hiring him again in the future.

The staff was personable which has become almost non-existent these days. They were on time and follow-up was prompt.

Hired to level out end of driveway where culvert sank. They were very friendly and informative but I feel they could’ve done a better job with finished product. I still have a bit of a lip which was supposed to be taken care of

Best contractor we've ever worked with. Excellent workmanship, work started on the agreed upon date, thorough clean-up every night. Some unexpected (hidden issues) were discovered part way into the project - very thoughtful brainstorming looking for a cost-effective solution. Very impressed with their commitment to stay on the job through completion even though the extra work took additional time. A pleasure to work with in every sense of the word. Very professional. Would highly recommend.

Excellent work and great customer service. Josh went out of his way to quote the job right away and got to it about 3 days sooner than expected. They did a great work, met expectations and cleaned up nicely. Very professional.

Very personable

I was overcharged for materials for my jobs. I saw approx. a $24.00 overcharge. I was not given a start date for job so therefore I was a piece of wood short by the contractor's calculation to build 3 flower window boxes for me. I was charged $17.50 for them to pick up the extra piece needed plus I paid $3.00 more for it than I paid for the ones I got from Menards. A picture was sent to me by e-mail by the contractor of how the flower boxes could be designed. I selected one. When It could not be made like the picture that was sent I was charged another $17.50 to go to the store to select a different trim. I am aware the pictures sent were only suggestions but I was not told I might need to pick up any supplies or how much. Trip charges had not been disclosed to me in the e-mail proposal I had received. The quality of work could have been a little bit better. I would have used a paste or something to cover the nail holes plus the tips of the nails came thru the would so I would have used a shorter nail so no one is hurt when handling the window boxes. There was a small piece of molding cut for my fireplace mantle on 10/6 that has not been yet been installed or returned to me.

Job done well and timely

I initially enjoyed working with JAC. I had demo work done, for which they seem to do well. However putting the wall back together and drywall plastering was done extremely poorly. I am dissatisfied with the outcome and will not recommend this company. How the job begins is important, but the end result is also important. And the end result was poor. A wall is suppose to be straight, mine is not...lumps and bumps...unsatisfactory. Their prices were too high for the quality of work provided. And in the end we were left not knowing if they were coming back or not. Communication break down.

The most important thing with a renovation project is communication.. They display the best communication and everything was done on a timely basis...

JAC Renovations did fantastic work in our kitchen, including a backsplash, sink, and faucet installation. Of the 5 contractors we called on homeadvisor, they were the only ones who had flexibility in their schedule and were able to begin work the coming weekend. Thank you!
