I have used JAD several times to repair damage to the dryvit exterior of my home. They are responsive, professional, and very competent. They do an excellent job of matching the color so the repaired areas are not noticeable.

I am so pleased to have found this company. If you have a home or business residence with EIFS/Dryvit siding and need intallation, painting, or repairs, these are the go to guys. There are not a lot of companies that do this type of work in my area, especially on residential buildings, so the ones that I have had experience with in the past treat you like what you may be, small potatoes. Not JAD. They were out immediately to give an estimate after we reached out to them, itemized all the repairs so we could prioritize what to get done first, had their crew out as soon as the weather permitted, and did exceptional work. Even the color match was spot on. Their pricing was more than fair as well, and they even fixed some additionaI items discovered after the estimate was given at no additional cost. I will be a repeat customer as long as I own the property.

We had to replace 2 large sliding doors that were encased in Dryvit. Knowing that this requires special care we found JAD Exteriors. They were very helpful, quoted our project, were hired and completed meticulously. Would highly recommend .

JAD gave us incredible service and follow up. They did a major renovation of dryvit to our house. They were excellent at documenting their work through pictures, etc. They were easy to work with and were good about follow through when we got our punch list. Jim and Joe were great to work with~Iâ d highly recommend their company. We will be calling them for our future needs.

This is the second time we have hired JAD and quite simply they do not disappoint in their workmanship. The initial appointment meant to see our construction project which needed custom DRYVIT repairs. Jim was on time, professional, courteous, and confident that his team could match our custom repair needs. His proposal arrived in a timely manner and once approved the work was scheduled. The master repairman Eugene was sent to our house right on schedule. He was able to recreate our custom work down to the matching of our weathered paint shades and finishes. Quite simply stated Eugene is an artist. He is also very well mannered and impeccably neat in his work and cleaned up each day. I never had to say something about the project twice, as he completed his work in total no matter what the weather brought him. Meanwhile, at the office, Joe was also very professional and responsive to our project. Overall, JAD Exteriors is a top tier contractor well-deserving of the 5-star rating provided herein.

Unethical. Quoted the job to fix a leak and did not perform work correctly. When realized they did not fix the issue, provided another quote for significantly more money. Eventually, I hired another firm to do work - and it was done correctly for 5.4% of the cost JAD wanted to charge me in total (yes, 5.4%). Further, tried to get my payment back since they did not perform the work correctly but, of course, they also do not guarantee their work. I had a very bad experience and caution anyone from using them (and do not pay anything until after work is complete and you're 100% satisfied).

Prompt, reliable, great work

Jim is very professional and made sure that I was satisfied. Upon completion of the work I found the installer had missed a part of the wall. Jim returned right away to inspect and got the installer next day to take care of the repair.

JAD Exteriors did a great job. The stucco siding looks terrific, they repaired rotted walls and replaced flashing and caulk. I am happy with the result.

JAD did all four sides of the house with John Hardy materials. The house looks great. The value of our home has increased because of fine work they did. Customer service was very good.
