I had three houses that needed demo. Once we got a break in the weather, work was begun and completed in just a few days each. They got all the permits required. They cleared the lots of all traces of the houses, removed the foundations, cleared them of undergrowth and made sure they were clear of any debris. Jose, the owner, and his people are responsible, respectful and worked diligently to keep the dust down so that it did not bother the neighboring homes in the area. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone for any demo needs.

They were prompt, courteous, & did a excellent job. They took care of getting the required permits and did a follow through with the city after the work was completed. The cleanup was immaculate people that passed by is complimenting on what a great job, you can’t tell a house was ever on the property. Price they beat their competitors by a land slide. I am recommending JA Demolition to all my family & friends. I will definitely call upon them for my future Projects.

Their company did a great job, they came out really quick gave me a great price and started the job within days. They threw other things on there for free and when the job was complete they had us look at the job and of course we love it cause they left everything clean and ready to build on.
