I am really happy with the work that JAE has done replacing my 25 years old roof. They were really profesional and cost effective (comparing other alternatives I had reviewed). They finished the job in the time they had committed and with a high level of quality. Their personal were really kind and efficient. I definitively recommend JAE for replacing your roof!

JAE provided a very high quality for the repair work in my roof. Most importantly, David Guinn provided a trusworhty advice and customer-centric inforatiion. While other vendors where tyring to change my whole roof "because of hurricane damage" and collect money from the insurance company, David was forthcoming in his assessment of the problem and provided the right solution.

JAE replaced my tile roof, in timely manner with good customer service. Roof looks great, good professional job.

They gave me just what I wanted. Even helped me fill out the forms for FPL to get my solar monitoring meter with out a hitch.

Jason Roberts & JAE Construction Group performed a superb job on the re-roofing of our home. The job included the replacing of a significant amount of wood sheathing, rotten fascia and the removal and replacement of our seamless gutter system. What put this job & JAE Construction over the top is that our home had soffit damage at the front entrance from a past water leak and a 50' metal frame / canvas awning at the rear patio. Since Jason is not only a licensed roofer but a fully licensed GC as well he was able to remove & replace the rear awning and perform repairs to our front soffit so that it looks like new. None of the other roofing companies I received quotes from wanted to touch this extra work. Needless to say, I am very please and would not hesitate to highly recommend Jason Robert & JAE Construction Group

Horrible experience with this Company. There is no job site supervision and no follow-up from the owner, Jason. New roof construction started 11/2019 and several NEW leaks occurred causing interior damage after the new roofing was applied. Areas that had no leaks for 20 years were now leaking! These areas remain water stained in our kitchen, master bathroom and a guest bedroom. As of 4/22/2020 roof is still not completed. This is now going on 7 months to complete the installation. The owner, Jason, will not return calls. I have been calling the office for weeks, speaking with the Manager, Jill, but received no call-backs from anyone with information pertaining to the repairs of new water damage or possible completion date of this job. I did drive to their business location several times since 11/2019 in an attempt to speak with the owner and have the roof properly completed without further delay. All efforts have been to no avail. Also, JAE Construction currently has been paid for 3 impact glass skylights that have not been installed. I feel my only option is to file a complaint against the contractors business license and to seek legal assistance. Just an FYI, I never take the time to write reviews, either good or bad, regarding contractors or companies I do business with. However, I felt it necessary to write this review and advise anyone considering doing business with JAE Construction to please go elsewhere.

Jason and David came out right away when I put in a request for a estimate on re-roofing my home. I already had estimates from all the big companies. I like the way Jason included everything in the price and I like both Jason and David right away as they explained everything so that I understood exactly what needed to be done. Both Jason and David were very responsive to my calls and got everything done even before I ask, true professionals. They put in for the permit immediately and as soon as it was issued, a big crew showed up the next morning. They were professional, worked really hard and cleaned up after themselves where they didn't leave a mark anywhere on my home or yard. I caught the inspector doing the final inspection and he said they did a great job. I'm so happy I went with JAE Construction I highly recommend them if you need work done. Very professional, gets the work done right and takes the stress away from a would be stressful situation. My home was in good hands.

They are impossible to reach. The only person i can contact is the salesman and he cannot reach the roofer. They are holding a lot of my money.

JAE Construction Group were very professional, quick and thorough. David and Jason were great to work with and definitely I recommend. We had a problem with water leaking through to one of our suites in our commercial building and our (former) roofer just couldn't get the job done (or didn't want to). JAE Construction got there, gave us a quote and got the job done the very next week. They even took video of the entire completed job to show me as I can't get up on our roof because of the ladder configuration. Such a relief to have the job competed and done right especially with this unpredictable South Florida weather.
