They finally put the roof on after I gave them a deadline. They did about $800 damage to my stucco and told me I had to pay to get it repaired not them. Wished I had never heard of them.

Our contact person was Leo. A delightful and honest young man. I would hire him and this company for any repairs needed in the future.

Never sign a contract with this company! They are crooks and liars! They use deceptive and unfair sales practices! During the declared state of emergency, they apply price gouging, which involves charging double prices for roof repairs using the distressful situation of Hurricane Ian victims. The business ethics of this company are extremely low. A summary of the events that caused our current problem: Hurricane Ian hit our house in Cape Coral on September 23, 2022. Besides other significant damages, it destroyed our roof. We found several potential roofing companies and preliminary chose JA Edwards of America, Inc. because they promised the shortest repair time 2 months. We were afraid of additional damage that rain could cause. Three company representatives came to our home for negotiation. We asked them for an estimate, but they refused to give one. Instead, they wanted to look at our insurance companys estimate and immediately asked for the indicated in it amount. We were very stressed by the damage caused by the hurricane and afraid of additional damage, which frequent rains would cause if we did no repair our roof quickly. They manipulated us into signing the initial contract for 110 781 USD by promising they would accomplish all work within two months. Later we spoke to our general contractor. He told us that the price they asked for was double compared to the competition using the same material. Additionally, they would use much cheaper material than the one we had previously and on which the insurance estimate was based. We had a right to cancel this contract within three days. It was our plan, but before we did that, our general contractor spoke to them on the phone, and they sent us an amended contract for a decreased amount - 64 220 USD. We signed the second contract. Due to specific professional terminology, we did not understand that we agreed to assign all of the benefits from our insurance company; it was never explained. So, we were shocked when in the end, they asked for 110 781 USD instead of 64 220 USD we signed a contract for. Additionally, they never repaired our roof within two months. It took them nearly six months, and we got additional damage to our ceilings and mold due to rain. We were misguided and deceived by this companys unfair sales practices. We have recently filed complaints to several organizations dealing with consumer protection and asked them to investigate their activities.

From start to finish, it's been a pleasure dealing with JA Edwards. I was lucky enough to get Laura S. as the person in charge of my new roof. She is awesome! Always responded to all emails and texts quickly! She always kept me up to date on everything and anything with my project. She is simply awesome! I recommend her to anyone who is looking to get their roofs repaired or replaced. The team that came out the day of installation was on time and professional. They completed my project in less than 12 hours and did a fantastic job cleaning everything up. I have Laura S. helping me replace my parents roof. JA Edwards is extremely happy to have her, and again ask for her directly if your looking for a stress free roof replacement. She goes above and beyond for you!

Superb job! Starting with my contact, Brandon Lee, who kept me informed throughout the process. From start to finish, he did an excellent, professional job. I also want to give credit to the entire roofing crew. Their craftsmanship on the main roof and our small, flat roof was of high quality. I highly recommend Brandon Lee and JA Edwards of America.

They did a great job on the roof and gutters. The work on the roof was completed in one day. The gutters were replaced about 2 weeks later, again, in one day. So far, there is no leaking but the roof is less than a month old and it didn't rain much. If there is a problem, there is a warranty! It looks fantastic.

Brandon was great to work with and was able to provide an estimate on the day I first contacted them. They were able to work around my schedule and complete the job quickly. Brandon was quick to respond to my questions. I had two box vents installed on my roof in Apopka.

We had someone else repair our roof before and they only did the bare minimum. That is why we needed JAEA to come out and do it the job right. Walter went above and beyond to make sure our roof was repaired and that he could warranty his work. Brandon was so polite and gracious even when we couldn't pay the total amount right away. He listened to my needs and asked lots of questions to help find the right solution. The crew did a great job working around the rain and left the area clean and nail free! Great customer service

During a pretty stressful time of having to have my roof potentially replaced, JAEA always acted professional and explained the entire process to me. Mr. Brian Hughes was a huge help throughout this process and I would highly recommend both Brian and JAEA for anyone's potential roofing job!

If anyone in Florida is thinking of a roof replacement on their home I highly suggest you contact JA Edwards of America, Inc, Mr. Brian Hughes; (702)332-5285. They came out for wind mitigation on our home and were actually able to do better and get the insurance company to pay for our roof, and the workforce was also super. I found Mr. Hughes to be a true a professional with the clientâ s well being the primary. If they were rated on a scale of 10 I would give them a 10 ½. Check them out you wonâ t regret it.

Iâ ve dealt with a few different roofing companies with various properties and not one would I use again. So I tried my luck from a referral to use JAEA. What a differenceâ ¦ Micah was assigned as my project manager and has been very communicative and easy to work with. Iâ ll update my review once my new roof is complete.
