Josh was very nice, and his work was very good. However, I was a bit disappointed when I was charged an additional $20 fuel & dump fee, and a $30 edging fee, even though the work was completed in the allotted hourly time. I think these fees should have been mentioned before work was agreed upon, not after work was completed.

First snowfall intervened between the time I scheduled the appt. and the time of the appt. The contractor contacted ME and offered to come in on the weekend to get the leaves up before the storm. On that day he worked all afternoon as the storm hit, finishing the work with numb hands an a cheery smile. This guy is gold.
