He came prepared and explained each step. He kept to the planned schedule. He worked very efficiently and clean, his helpers were adapt. We only had positive things to say for the whole procedure. I called Joe to make an appointment for an estimate for my kitchen counter. He was prompt and spent over an hour helping me decide on what Quartz to pick. Throughout the process of ordering and installing my counter Joe kept me updated on delivery and time he would be there to install the counter. We had a wonderful experience with Joe. I picked out a piece of quartz, but then was hesitant about the color. He was so patient, coming to my home with the a sample of the one I picked and others so I could see them in my kitchen, with my lighting. I then realized what I picked was perfect. He always came when he said he would. Was friendly and extremely helpful. Did an amazing job installing them. We couldn t be happier. We did a complete Kitchen makeover and the countertops were by far the easiest part thanks to Joe.

This was the greatest experience I have ever had dealing with a contractor. Joe was proactive and actually called me several times before the actual installation. He took his time and explained in detail every aspect of different samples, the pros and cons. He then gave a price that was exactly what the final bill was. When Joe came to the house, he was patient and very professional. He observed the space and gave excellent advise on what would be suitable for the finishes, considering the fact toddlers lived here. That is an example on how considerate he is. He watched for every detail. He then explained the entire process and what I should expect. He gave me updates along the way. He was always available and always kept his appointments, in person and on the phone. The day of installation, he arrived promptly with a very professional helper and did a PERFECT job. He checked to make sure the faucet fit, among every other detail. The finishes were perfect, His suggestions were all spot on. He treated my belongings as if they were invaluable and after they cleaned up, my kitchen was cleaner then before, It was truly the best experience I have ever had. I can not stop admiring the counter tops and the overall effect it has on the entire kitchen, The best choice I ever made was choosing J and A Kitchens, but it was Joe that made it the wonderful experience. I actually prayed a prayer of thanks to the GOOD Lord for pointing him in my direction. Go with him, you will never be disappointed
