I recently discovered a small leak in my roof. A cursory look did not show any apparent damage or missing shingles, but water was coming in so I looked for a roofer. I contacted three different roofers looking for an estimate to repair the roof. One of them has never returned my call. Of the other two, JAL roofing was by far the most responsive. The office manager was able to coordinate with Jose to come out that afternoon. Jose by the way is the owner of JAL roofing. He identified the leak as water getting under a shingle in a valley and flowing in through the nail holes. This is unfortunately very common. He suggested that since there wasnâ t any damaged shingles we should re-seal the shingles located in the area of the leak and see if that worked. This repair is minimal cost and like he said, if it didnâ t work we would need a more invasive repair, but he suggested trying the much lower cost option first. I appreciated his honesty and effort to save me some money by not trying to rip off my roof as the first option! A crew from JAL was scheduled to come out the next week to execute the repair. The crew called to let me know they were on their way, arrived and repaired my roof. They were there for about 20 minutes total and were incredibly professional the entire time. Jose also called me later that evening to make sure everything had gone well and gave me his personal cell number to call if I had any issues. Just amazing customer service that you donâ t seem to see anymore. So far the repair is holding. JAL roofing is great, they are prompt, they are honest, and the communication is top notch. Their customer service is just amazing. If you need a roof or roof repair â call these guys!

Finding this company was an absolute blessing ! They were soooo honest!! On top of that I called on a Monday afternoon , I had an inspection and quote that same day ! My roof was repaired by Wednesday, less then 48 hours from my initial call. Service like this is hard to find nowadays... I'm a single woman and feel I was treated with respect ...priceless!! Stop your search and call J.A.L!!

JAL roofing company responded quickly and completed the work in a clean and professional manner, and did not dispose of unwanted nails in my driveway or lawn. I would recommend them again and again.

My roof was leaking, and getting worse. I called J.A.L. roofing. Owner Jose came out. He was very kind, personable. Very professional. He came out right away to give me the (very fair) estimate. He identified the problem (the stiff metal ridge vent, that cannot conform to the actual shape of the ridge, thus creating leaks). He recommended the modern GAF flexible ridge vent, on Tuesday, Joey and his crew had both ridge vents replaced on Thursday, two days later !!! Joey (good guy) and his crew, were very professional and efficient, they cleaned up everything before they left. I went up on the roof after they left and saw what a great job they had done !! I waited a few days, until it rained hard, to make sure the leak was truly fixed. I checked both of the new ridge vents they had installed, from the attic, when it was pouring rain. Dry as a Bone !!! Then a few days later, as Hurricane Dorian was passing by with wind and HEAVY rain, I checked again from the attic. Still Dry As a Bone, not one drop !!!! When I need a re-roof, or repair, I will call J.A.L. Roofing !!!!!!
