My neighbor sent Javier due to my family not having water after the winter storm in Texas. Our water was already turn off from the main box, the light fixture removed from the shower with the leak, ladder by the problem, and video/pictures of the problem. When we discussed the issues, he said he was going to come back to finish the repairs, and after he took our money he said he was not going to. Javier encouraged me to share my info, he cut a small hole, capped the line, and charged me the same amount as my neighbor. He gave me a $600 bill and was nervous because he knew that he was wrong. When I questioned him about the price and repairs for my 1 leak, he said that he was not coming back to do repairs. Wow, 600 bucks, no repairs!!! He said I would have to pay additional. Let me remind you, I received NO REPAIRS, but my neighbor had 3 leaks, 2 repaired and 1 capped off. I had only one cap off and no repairs. I was told that he would repair my problem for that amount of money I paid. During a pandemic and a natural disaster, his price gauging. He was in my home for approximately 20 minutes sipping coffee. His guys did the work. I know they have long lists right now, so I thought he was going to cap it to get us water as he explained, but he did not tell me until the end that he was not coming back to give me work for $600. Emergency calls are usually $50-150 and nobody even told me that my case was an emergency call. For $600, please do not use this guy!

Prompt, professional, and clean services. They replaced the water heater and a faucet. Both works are done professionally at a reasonable price. We would hire them again.

Javier is a great guy! He returned my call at 9:30 at night. He gave me prices over the phone for the different things that may be wrong. He showed up the next day at 9 a.m. and inspected two water heaters and replaced them. Because he was so good and honest, I hired him to do two additional things. He added a garbage disposer and prepped the connections for an additional dishwasher. He also changed out some hoses on toilet fixtures where he charged me only for parts and did not charge me for his time. I believe that Javier is honest and competent. I highly recommend Javier for all plumbing needs and I have added his company to my contacts as the go to company for all of my plumbing needs.

The personnel were good clean and professional, they done a good job came on time ,did the necessary leak test.

We had a problem with our gas line to our pool heater. Javier came out right away and discussed the various possibilities and solutions. With his assistant, Carlos, they were able to locate and repair the problem quickly and efficiently. I felt his price was reasonable and their manner professional. We plan to use his company in the near future for other plumbing work. Five stars from us!

This is the second time I have contracted this company. I had been away on business and returned home late Friday night to find a leaking hot water tank. I knew I had to leave on business again Sunday. Javier called me first thing Saturday morning and had the tank replaced before 11:00 am. After I spoke to Javier and explained everything, he was ready to setup an appointment without wasting any time. He has great communication and excellent service. I hired him after getting an outrageous quote from another company who wanted to sell me a toilet. Javier fixed my issue for a third of the initial quote from the other company. Hire him! I ask Lamar Plumbing to install remove my old water heater and install one I purchased at Lowes. Their quotes is lower than Sears, or Home Depot, or Lowes, and they are readily available the next day. He is very specific on the pricing and tell me if I need new pipes to connect the heater their will be how much extra etc. I know exactly what They come the the job on time, and take care of everyting. Javier is very nice and professional. He checked all my faucets in the house after installing the new heater, and waited for the hot water (not just warm water) to come out before he leaves.

Javier was very prompt, called us back within 10 mins of posting our project, and was at our house within an hour to provide a free estimate (most others asked for a refundable service call charge). He provided a very reasonable quote and was very professional. The work was done within two days and the quality of labor was excellent.
