We have hired James Cary tree company numerous times because of the professional job that they perform. Jim comes out to look at what needs to be done and give us a bid and explains everything they are going to do upfront. He is truly a professional and an arborist and knows how to make our trees not only look their best but be healthier because of the job he does. We have 22 trees in our backyard. When he has trimmed our 20 year-old sumac trees It is amazing all the excess he removes to clean up and shape them but, you wouldn't know they had just been pruned because they don't have that stripped poodle shaved chopped look. They look like they are supposed to look. I am thankful that we have found him because I look at neighbors trees after they've had another company and just shake my head. Everyone who comes in our backyard comments on how amazing all our trees look.

I've used James A Cary Tree Service on 2 occasions and i'm very happy with their service. The team was easy to work with and they were happy to take specific directions from me as they worked. They arrived on time and quickly made progress with the 6 trees that needed trimming. They worked very efficiently and did a good job cleaning up in the all the areas they worked. I was provided advice on how to best maintain the trees. I plan on using them in the future and recommend them for their expertise and thoughtful service. Their crews are efficient and do an amazing job. Especially with clean up, a lot of landscapers we?ve used in the past don?t do a good job of cleanup and you?re left doing it yourself. Hire these guys! You won?t regret it.

We had an infestation of bugs on our mature Italian Cyprus (about 24 of them) and he eliminated the bugs and brought them back to life. It took a few years to get them healthy. He also does general tree maintenance and is excellent as what he does.

James is hands down the best arborist in town. We’ve been working with him and his team for years and will continue to use him!! Highly recommend this man.
