This is the worst company that you can hire. Jimmy Vanaria is a con artist. He will promise you heaven then you get hell after you waste your money. I am not telling anybody to even be careful but to avoid him by all means. In the spring of 2022, I wasted $14000 thinking I am getting a full landscape construction, and instead I got crab grass and land that looks like a landfill. If there is a minus star, I would rate him. But I had to click on half one. I asked him many times to fix the issue but never came back and he ended up blocking my number. This year I got someone to see if they can fix it, but they said it needed tilling, a new loom, and reseeding.

He broke the contract that he had me sign. He never got started on the cuts, and I have never had anyone leave dirt, debris, and leaves on my porch in front of my door. He stopped service with me because I wouldn't use him once a week for $60 a week. I wouldn't recommend him for absolutely anything.
